Switched over to Vaughan after buying out my 2016 328i lease (previous maintenance at the dealership). Great, easy communication for setting up appointments and throughout the process. Quote of proposed services is provided quickly after drop off and straightforward to select what you do/don’t want done through a digital portal. Reasonable & fair prices, plus no pressure to perform unnecessary work. Have used them twice and will continue in the future.

It has always been a wonderful experience with your team. The team is so passionate about cars which brings me here for any maintenance. Upto perfection while diagnosing, guiding the customer on what is really needed to be repaired vs what can stay on helped me take few crucial descisions. I am not going anywhere else. Matt is more than a technician, he's a dad and a family man. Other than his current technical prowess he's constantly keeping up with the latest advances in the industry. Look at the walls when you go there for service better yet, go look at the certifications on the walls before you let him work on your car. Broke down on the way to visit my daughter in Atlanta on a Thursday morning when the AC compressor locked up, broke the serpentine belt and broke radiator hose connector nipple off the radiator, causing the radiator to be replaced! The folks at Vaughan ordered genuine MB parts, replaced the AC compressor, radiator, water pump and working basically around the clock, and had me road ready by Friday before closing, allowing me to keep my schedule on to Jacksonville! Matt Vaughan personally called to check on me while on the road to Jacksonville! Did I mention they also guaranteed the work for three

Extremely knowledgeable of fine luxury models. Excellent service for a fair price. Matt knows his cars and I will be making this shop my go to with all of our cars, even the Bentley. We had several issues with an aging Audi which I had purchased for my daughter, along with a warranty from the dealer. The guys at Vaughan spent lots of time with the warranty provider to document the issues and help us get $thousands in repairs covered. No way I would have been able to get the repairs covered without their knowledge and time.
They probably don’t want me to post how great they did with the warranty company because I’m 100% sure they spent more hours on this than they planned, but it speaks

For 7 months, I went to several shops and received disappointing results. Mercedes Dealers being the worst!
Honestly, I was nervous but I ran into a sweet customer, Mr. Rod, in the parking lot and he reassured me that he'll never take his BMW anywhere else. Well, heck!
I went in and Cody reassured me that they'll take a throughout inspection of my GLK. He wasn't joking!
Hours later, I had one of the best conversations I'd ever had with a master mechanic. Matt listened and worked toward a solution when other shops told me there was nothing wrong.
Had a freaking ball with Britney on the test
