I normally don't write reviews but when I do it's towards a business that is well deserved. MV Body Solutions is this exception. Professional, Clean and relaxing but most of all the massage given by Maisia is pure artistry. She puts more pressure on areas that needs it more and less in areas that just needs maintenance. I walked out feeling refreshed and new.

Seriously had the best deep tissue, trigger point massage+cupping therapy on Friday.

My body has been in all sorts of aches and pain from a cervical and lumbar spine injury I sustained 3 years from a rearend collision. I was also dealing with migraines all week making it difficult to concentrate and focus throughout the day!

In just one 1 hour session, my migraine went away and has not returned (I pray it stays that way). The pressure in my neck and head simmered down quite a lot as well. Thank you so much for a therapeutic and relaxing session, Maisia I'm gonna need more sessions with

I recently got my first massage from Maisia and it was wonderful! I have already recommended her to a few people, and would recommend her to anyone in the Sacramento area. She was very professional, made me feel comfortable, and focused on the areas I requested. Her studio is cute and relaxing, and what's even better? Her prices are reasonable! I left feeling very relaxed, and cannot wait to book my next appointment!

My friend booked Maisia for a spray tan party a while back and I loved it. The tanning spray she used did not turn out orange and did not leave any mess behind on my clothing. I ended up booking her for my daughter's birthday party and all the girls loved it. She made all the girls feel comfortable and I didn't have to worry about the girls being shy or uncomfortable being sprayed. I will be booking her for all my girl parties.

I was referred to Maisia by a friend when I was having constant migraines. I'm not sure what the migraines were from if they were from being on the computer all day and sitting in the same position or from stress. I think it was a combo of both. Maisia was able to give me pointers on how I should sit at work and some light stretches to help with my tense shoulders and neck. She gave me trigger point therapy massage and I haven't had a migraine since, I see her once a month now. I can't thank her enough for all the help and for keeping me pain free.

The experienced I had was very relaxing. She reviewed my history of aches and pain before working on my areas of concern. She spent her time and guided me through her massage.

I know my problem areas and many times I will feel like the therapists routine is simply a routine. Maisia was very good about adjusting my massage to my level of pain in my neck and back. I received my first deep tissue massage from Maisia. I was pretty nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect. She was really thorough and explained everything she was doing. I went in with a really sore neck that wasn't mobile and was finally able to move around again after a few sessions.

I would totally recommend her to everyone I know! I plan on going back for the other services she offers.

Been going to Maisia since she first started. She's been a miracle for healing my sciatica and lower back pain. I was hesitant at first, but she knew what she was doing and wouldn't give you any advice if she knew it wouldn't benefit you.
