The most effective of the interior drainage systems is a perforated drainpipe installed inside the perimeter other footing. This requires removing and replacing concrete at the slab edge. By placing the drainpipe beneath the slab drains the area to a lower level. Similar to an exterior system, the drainage connects to a sump.

We recently had our entire exterior repainted, including two decks, and Alin and his team did any overall amazing job.
He is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience with this type of work, and he was responsive from day one. His team was respectful of our property and provided a high quality of work and completed the job in 7 days for ~3900 sq foot house.

We used Alin Popa (Atlaro International) to repair a stucco chimney that had cracked and deteriorated over the years. Alin was always on time, responded to texts immediately, was easy to communicate with, and the work crew did a fantastic job. I am a surgeon and I am very particular about detail. Everything was done perfectly. They cleaned up after the job beautifully. We did a thorough walkthrough after the job. Do not hesitate to use them for your home repair work.

We hired Atlaro & Alin to repair stucco on our home. They repairs lasted 6 months. They did not stand by their work or honor the warranty. All of the places they've repaired have chipped away or are in disrepair. He came out and offered to fix it for a price higher than the original price.
I would not recommend this company as they do not stand by their work.

Alin and his company are absolutely outstanding. He is the ultimate professional, shows up at the appointed time, does high quality work and is reasonable in cost. I would give him more than 5 stars if that would be possible. We had him do stucco repair, painting of the whole house, and repair of water damage in the walls that required taking two sets of sliding glass doors and replacing. Call him!!!!!

We hired Alin and his crew to repair some damaged stucco, paint the interior, and do a minor basement renovation. My wife and I were very happy with the work. I am a do-it-yourselfer but replacing my chimney & dormer stucco with hardy plank was too big for me to handle. As a do-it-yourselfer, I know excellent work when I see it and Alin Popa's guys at Atlaro International & Co. did just that. I had four bids and not only was Alin's bid the best but he gave us so much more than what the other companies put on their estimates. The job was done right, on time and on schedule. Alin and his company did several stucco repairs on our home, including resurfacing our mailbox, repairing a significant crack and re-coating a wall where we removed a door. They also did some caulking work around our front steps using a special caulk Alin recommended. Once we signed the contract, Atlaro made two visits - one to measure and one to install. They arrived on time on both occasions. I wanted to create a fireplace surround wall in my living room and put a TV on it. Alin gave me great tips and confidence to make it happen. He planned his work so that the electrician could run wires through the wall. At the same time, his crew did the preliminary work of preparing the Stucco wall. We were VERY pleased with the work Alin Popa and his crew did for us this summer.
