Rapha Counseling Services is a non-profit organization that has formed a relationship with New Life Church to provide faith-based mental health services to individuals, groups, families and marriages for those that are members of New Life Church at an affordable price. We believe that wholeness is achieved when individuals, couples and congregations apply the infallible strategies and counsel of the Holy Spirit to their lives and marriages.

Services
We are dedicated to providing high-quality care for the members of New Life Church at affordable rates. We will pair you with a counselor best suited to meet your specific needs, or you can feel free to request to meet with a particular counselor. Rapha Counseling is only available for members of New Life Church.
At Rapha Counseling Services we believe that individuals achieve wholeness by applying the infallible counsel of the Holy Spirit in their lives and marriages. Services will be provided by Christian Counselors who have a Counseling degree. Some will be licensed, and others are in the process of collecting hours for their license.
We offer counseling services provided through live face-to-face video streams. Video stream counseling services allow a personal, face to face, and live therapy session to take place in the comfort of your own home or private space. We also offer counseling services provided through the telephone. Telephone counseling services offer a convenient and confidential way to access counseling from anywhere in the world.
Dr. Cyrus R. Williams III has a Ph. D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and an Education Specialist Degree in Higher Education Leadership. He is a licensed mental health counselor. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Psychology and Counseling School at Regent University.
He has a passion for working with young adults, adults, and couples with a wide range of marital, behavioral and adjustment issues including, relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, addictions, interpersonal issues, spiritual or relational issues, and career issues.Finally, and most importantly, he has been a member of New Life Church for years, he is committed to his faith, devoted to his wife, and is blessed with two children.

Rapha Counseling Services has formed a relationship with New Life Church to provide faith based mental health services to individuals, groups, families and marriages. On Wednesday and Fridays, Faith Based Counseling will be available at the Kempsville Campus. All Counseling will be provided by therapists with a graduate degree in counseling, a PhD or are Licensed Professional Counselors.
