The John Kenney Child Care Center is the fulfillment of a promise made by developer Isaac Heller to the people of Edison. In 1987, Mr. Heller, Chairman of the Board of Heller Industrial Parks, Inc., established the John Kenney Child Care Center as a non-profit corporation. It provides affordable quality child care to children of employees in Heller Industrial Park, as well as Edison residents and Edison employees.
The best way for a child to grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually, is with a well-balanced early child education program that helps to develop their self-confidence. At John Kenney Child Care Center at Heller Park in Edison, NJ, we understand every child is unique and has their own set of needs.
Our facility at John Kenney Child Care Center at Heller Park was specifically designed for children. It includes 5 self-sufficient classrooms, a gym, indoor recreation room, a garden, and large outdoor play area. The outside play equipment meets the new standards for safety. Almost all of our interior walls are lined with windows so children can be observed constantly.
Since 1987, John Kenney Child Care Center at Heller Park has provided quality child care and early education services to parents working and living in Edison, NJ. With a low student-teacher ratio, our staff is able to ensure that every child receives the attention they deserve to be able to learn and grow.

My daughter has been attending this John Kenny since she was 3, now she's 5 and still loves "going to school" as she says. The teachers and aids are caring, maintain great communication with the parents and make our children believe they can achieve anything. I am truly grateful for all they do for me and my child.

As a parent I know it can be difficult looking for a child care center as we want the best for our children. John Kenney is amazing and has been so great to my son. Every morning when we pull into the parking lot he is so excited and eager to start his day and see his friends. Most importantly the amazing women who work there and take care of my son as if he was their own. I truly feel he is in good hands and I can go to work with no worries as I know he is safe. Also my son has learned so many great things daily and it shows. They send pictures and videos through an app to keep you informed through

You will not be disappointed! The entire staff is friendly and caring. My child is only 3 and he loves going everyday and has learned so much in the last year. Seeing your child so happy and so well taken care of when you can’t is the best reassurance you can ever have as a parent.

We could not be happier at John Kenney Child care center. Our son transitioned to his new school very easily. He loves going, everyday and the teachers are amazing. They are very attentive and caring. The parents are provided with daily updates on their child's progress and they even have parent teacher conferences twice a year so you really know how your child is progressing. Switch our son's daycare was the best decision we have ever made!

We are very happy with the learning environment at the school. Our daughter loves all the teachers she has been with. The staff keeps us very informed if there are any issues. As well as encourages parent involvement with big events. I would recommend if you live and or work in Edison to consider sending your child to John Kenny.

My child has been attending John Kenney Child Care Center since he was a toddler and he loves it. I love the staff, they are all very nice and always attentive and available. I also love sending him here because the facility is super clean, I feel very comfortable with him going there. He loves it so much he sometimes doesn't want to come home. I would recommend John Kenney to my friends and family, they do a great job.

Both of my kids have been going to the John Kenney Child Care Center for over 2 ½ years. I have nothing but great things to say about both the toddler and the preschool programs. My three year old is very well spoken and I credit a lot of that to the school. We feel so blessed that we found such a great school and day care for such a great price!
