Dr. Aazrum Syed provides comprehensive primary care and internal medicine services for adults located in and around Alpharetta, Suwanee and surrounding areas in North Georgia. Our list of healthcare services includes dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. We also provide preventative medical services.
Aazrum Syed, MD, is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan in 2002. Dr. Syed completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Moore House School of Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, which provided her with extensive training in Internal Medicine and complex medical cases.

Dr. Aazrum Syed is a certified civil surgeon designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Discussing and recommending vaccination requirements for the completion of your I-693 form.
If you are certain that you have current vaccine status but do not have the paperwork proof we can run laboratory testing for immunity at an additional cost per test.(Keep in mind if the labs show no immunity you are still required to get new vaccines.)If your Quantiferon Tuberculosis test is positive you will be required to get a chest x-ray.

Took my mom here to get checked up on after going to many doctors who overlooked her and her conditions and finally found someone who was thorough and sweet!!!!! Everyone was friendly from the front to the back! Not to mention their self pay is a better price than going to an urgent care or another facility. Highly recommend!
