I called WINDERMERE CLINIC to talk to Dr. nurse and the person at the front desk refuses to transfer the call and asked me to wait for 2-3 days for the call back. But the call will not be transferred. If an emergency go to ER or urgent care.
I think this facility forces you to take appointment and make money but will not follow you back with what is discussed in the appointment. Clinic with such staff should shut down if cannot do spotaneous follow up to the patient's illness appointment. With this attitude the patient will die but these people will do what their rules are.

Zero for billing department. Sending clinic patients to collections without contacting them first! Who cares if you come back or not kind of respect and relationship.
You looking for good doctors in a short run, you may find it. But if you looking for a family doctor that understand you and respect you for long term, there are many better options.

If I had a serious ailment and was forced to choose between Windermere Medical Group and a local witch doctor, I would not hesitate to go see the medicinal shaman for my condition. I have never had so many back and forths with an entity over errors on their part at my expense, and that includes dealings with the U.S. Postal Service, the I.R.S. and AT&T.
My family of four went in for a COVID-19 test in July 2020. We were required to endure a video teleconference session with a doctor asking each of us the same scripted questions over and over for 20 minutes to justify them billing an office visit

I have never been so thankful for an a appointment with my family physician! I was desperate for help with an ongoing serious cough. I was able to go online at 2am to make an appointment for the next day at midday. The virtual visit went without glitch and I have turned the corner to good health already after following Ms. Hanafird's advice.

If you’re getting a covid test done from this place, be prepared to wait for 1.5-2hrs. They are extremely slow/understaffed. Their front desk is also clueless about appointments and came across very rude to me. I understand that centers are getting overwhelmed with tests, but it’s also important to honor appointment time and or provide a reasonable wait time. Don’t take appointments when you can’t fulfill them

I recommend that you visit the reviews on Yelp before visiting this clinic. Those seem to be more accurate. I am giving one star because of the billing department. Took my 16 year old daughter here for a rapid Covid test in March. We were told that there was no cost- the government was now paying for testing. They didn’t even ask for our insurance card. Fast forward to December, and she- my now 17 year old daughter- received a letter from a collections agency regarding this appointment. We had received no communication from them prior to this about an outstanding bill. When I called, I was told

I wrote this review around 3 years back and is still pretty much valid. I love the medical staff and their treatment but the front office is horrible . My health has been much much better because of the doctors here!
“ Good clinic if you are a retiree or have lots of time waiting in the clinic. They have no respect for your time. They give you an appointment time but it doesn’t mean anything for them. Patient treatment is good but the overall experience is not great!”

I didn't have an appointment, but went as I was experiencing severe ear and sinus pain. I was greeted and treated kindly from the front to the back. I was prepared to spend an extended amount of time there because I didn't have an appointment, but that wasn't the case. Very impressed with how quickly they got me in, diagnosed and out without having an appointment. I know this isn't always the case with any doctor's office, but very happy they got me in and out quickly so that I could get the meds in my system.

Katie Hannaford is by far one of the best providers at this practice. She treated me for something that everybody kept brushing off and was able to properly diagnose me. I spoke to several doctors, who all quickly brushed me off. I’ve been coming here for years and seeing her every time. I highly recommend her and this practice. I do admit the wait time can be a little long, but that can be expected from any doctors office.
