Service was very quick and professional. the extra glass they put on my phone after the repair is such good quality too! i have dropped my phone face down on marble and it hasn’t cracked. they only buy the best quality repair tools and it shows.

Mario is the man! He helped me fix only one phone, but he gave me an honest answer about another phone; he said the nokia phone would cost more to fix than to replace. He was honest and truthful, he won my business for ever. I have been to Repair Genius a lot the past few years with phone repairs for myself and my 2 teens. These gentlemen are very kind, fast, thorough and reasonably priced. Have to say I was hesitant in taking my Mac Book Pro to anyone but Apple directly after my audio stopped working, as I figured it was the Logic Board and would cost me over $1k. However, I needed it back quickly for work and I found Repair Genius right before the holidays. They were very responsive and with great reviews online I bit the bullet and let them work on my "baby." I have to tell you the team there was very responsive to updates and their price to fix it was very fair and was more than half of what it would have cost me to take it to Apple.
