The manager of the place is fantastic. I’m doing the lake loop and my dropper post starts giving me issues. I drop in and ask if it can be fixed. Literally one guy working at the shop. He wrenches on it in 20 min and fixes it entirely. Fantastic experience and will be happy to return for maintenance issues or to request a demo bike. Highly recommend this place.

Dan is extremely accommodating and helpful. He is a great problem solver. All staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend. Great experience.

Real Bike Shop. They always have awesome bikes here. Clean inside. If you work on your own stuff and just need advice, boom, they are money on the spot, and have the parts you need.
I had recently, just brought a bike in for service. The Bottom Bracket cover was stuck, I had tried everything for three days, buying tools then breaking them, soaking it with pb blaster, hammering on-- it you name it. I wasn't happy about needing help, but I wanted the bike fixed. I had just asked if they would simply get the cover off. The tech tried wrenching at it and said, "I am going to have to bath it in oil

They fixed my bike up after a crash. Worked hard to source parts that were hard to come by. Good selection of accessories, slightly MTB leaving which is nice to see in the near east area. Friendly staff, didn't feel talked down to like at some other shops.

I’ve bought a bike from SlowRoll and used them for service and parts. Super knowledgeable and helpful. They couldn’t squeeze me in today for a tire swap but had the parts and gave me instruction on tackling the service myself. I always appreciate the help!

My mom bought a bike bag from here as a gift for me and she was very pleased with the experience. She said that the person who helped her was friendly and helpful. She wasn't sure exactly what to get and the salesperson offered several good options and she chose the bag. Salesperson even took a picture of their own bag on their handlebars to show how to mount it. Bag is a great product made in the Midwest, super functional, and easy to use. I grew up in the neighborhood so it's great to see a good business doing good things in the area.

I had a minor issue with my fender and front wheel after my bike tipped over in the wind while stopped on the Lake Loop. Slow Roll was the closest bike shop to me and even though I didn't buy my bike from them, they got me all fixed up in 15ish minutes... and it barely cost me a thing! Had a wonderful experience with this store last weekend when I developed a blister in my rear tire.
I had a ride planned for the next day at Kettle Moraine, so I was in a tough spot.
I called Slow Roll at 4:45 pm - 15 minutes before they closed - and asked if I could stop in for a new tire.
They said, "Sure!" and away I went.
Less than 10 minutes after I stopped in I was all set with a brand new tire on the rear! So fast, so efficient, so helpful!
Honestly, having them take care of that tire saved our entire trip for Sunday!

Finally, a shop where everyone from the owners to the mechanics all live to ride and ride to live. They know all about top end race bikes, but their real strength is being family owned and operated, they know what couples and families with kids really need.

These guys are great. Two of three of my children's bikes have needed repairs over the last couple weeks. I couldn't be happier with the experience and timeliness.

Really happy with the service I received at Slow Roll Cycles. I brought in an e-bike I had purchased online which was in need of serious work after having ridden it through the previous winter (completely rusted chain and cassette, malfunctioning electrical system).
