I was looking for a new tax professional only to be sorely disappointed. Unprofessionalism and not on time for any of our appointments. Never got my taxes. When I let her know what a horrible experience I had with so much difficulty getting clear answers, taxes completed, and put off, I gave up. Elaine decided she did not want to complete the job and pulled out of the work. I cannot in good conscience recommend Proby's. Perhaps you can have a better experience than I did, yet I will not be back. Not sure how this can be the experience of a New client. IIf I could give no stars I would. It
