There are so many dentists to choose from in the Bay Area so I went off a friend's recommendations 5+ years ago. Absolutely no regrets! Annie and David really make you feel like family ,they are compassionate, smart, up to date with today's technology and most importantly sensitive to your needs.

I have been absolutely terrified by going to the dentist until I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Krystal. She and her staff were extremely professional, calming and treated me like a long time client rather than another patient. Not to mention, right on schedule.
My wife referred me and I would have thought she was best friends with everyone in the office as they took an interest in how my family was doing which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Krystal and the staff were thorough and explained everything in terms I was able to understand.

I highly recommend this dental office. Dr Krystal is kind and attentive. She thoroughly reviews your medical history. She does the teeth cleaning herself. She explains your dental health and gives you helpful guidance for home care. I enjoyed the visit as I felt cared for and not rushed through. The office also has reasonable rates and provides a discount to those without dental insurance. It is conveniently located above the Trader Joe's in Los Gatos. I have not worked with Dr Ticzon, but I heard him speaking to a patient and he seemed great also. The office staff was sweet as well.

I have been a client of David Ticzon and Annie Krystal since 1995. It is obvious that they are preoccupied with the thoughness of the care they provide and how it is experienced by the patient. Additionally they enjoy sharing their knowledge of dentistry and as a lifelong learner, I always look forward to each visit.

Last week, I brought my 94 yr. old mother-in-law in for her quarterly cleaning with Dr. Krystal. After a thorough, yet gentle cleaning we made an appt. to come back in two days for a filling. At the second appt. Dr. Krystal was even more gentle & caring. My mother-in-law, who suffers from Alzheimer's, was kept calm & comfortable. They even allowed my sister-in-law & I to stay & watch the procedure. Dr. Krystal & her staff are always very accommodating with our schedule as I come in from out of town to take care of my mother-in-law & can only stay a few days at a time

Dr Krystal has such a caring touch when it comes to dentistry. She does all teeth cleaning herself so you know you are getting great care.
Her office staff has to be the most upbeat, cheery group of girls you will ever run into and they make my 3 kids feel comfortable and welcome at every visit.
I highly recommend Dr Krstal for anyone looking for a dentist with a caring touch and attitude. Also being able to shop at Trader Joe's which is located downstairs after each visit helps too....

She's a great dentist who will take care of you. I guess I haven't had very many good dentsists because when I started seeing Dr. Krystal, I was surprised that a teeth cleaning didn't have to hurt - even if you have a history of plaque build-up. No more sore gums! Now you have no excuse to be afraid of the dentist anymore.. She does an awesome job and I would recommend her to anyone.
