I am in and out of the tire shop a lot as a small business owner that depends on my car for my livelihood. I’m also a single mom and so anything that costs money and takes time can be a bit scary. No matter what is going on, the folks at Joes Tires always take care of me in such an easy way. The timing always works out, they always fit me in, and they always get me back on the road again ASAP. It’s a big busy world and knowing that I have Joes Tires on my team makes me feel like I’ve got a good buddy that I can count on.

Joe's Tires came through for me again! These guys are the absolute best-- quick and super pleasant to deal with. I had (another) flat, which I naturally discovered when I went to leave for work in the morning, and they were able to get me fixed up the same day so I'd be able to make my long commute with a new tire.

I wish I could put 0/5 stars. My Honda Accord had a flat tire a few days back, so I came to have they ordered and replaced a new tire for me. Until that time, I had totally replaced 3 tires at the store. The day after, the tire light on the dash board turned on. I came back to have them to check, then they asked me to replace the good remaining tire to have the light turn off. I didn't want to see the light on everyday, so I followed their advice to have the 4th tire replaced. As of today Nov 1, 2021, just 2 days after the tire replacement, the light is on again, so I came back the store to complain

Beyond recommended. My car was really banged up and needed a lot of attention. Went to a few other spots around town to get some quotes and ended up getting charged for some of those "quotes." Brought it into Joe's Tires and honestly, some of the best and most genuine people in there really looking out for their customers. This is the first shop I've taken my car and don't feel like I'm being overcharged for anything. This shop has the greatest customer service and quality of service for cars. They kept in close contact with me to keep me updated about my car meanwhile

I have a 2020 Toyota with 3200 miles and I was experiencing low front wheel tire pressure. 22 psi (34 normal). I was happy to be referred to this excellent experience. The issue was quickly identified and repaired. The team explained the cause and how important it is to have it evaluated. Client education was provided to me. This has got to be the best automotive/ tire service ! Congratulations Joe's Tire!

I brought 2 cars in for tires and possible service. 2010 Scion Xb and 2002 MR2 Spyder. I am very impressed w this shop and staff. They're invested in you and have interest and integrity in helping you drive safely. Prices are fairly priced snd within the range of other service shops.

I recently went in to replace/install new wheels and tires and also had a wheel alignment for my SUV. Great job and service (Carlos and Tito). They had also reached out to me about replacing old lug nuts for out of concern of my safety and others around me on the road. Yes, they were old and needed replacing. Can't beat service like that. Good pricing and job was done exactly in the time frame they had mentioned. I will return to Joe's Tires, no question.

Today I got off work early and headed to Joe's based on yelp and google reviews. The staff person said that my tires are still under warranty and that it would take 45 minutes to address the problem. I left the shop and returned 45 minutes later to find several staff people standing in the office chatting and my car parked exactly where I left it. The guy who checked me in motioned for someone to go deal with my car but I had to pick up my child from school so I couldn't wait another 45 minutes. No service. Super frustrated to have lost an hour I really could have used. Note in case your time is

If you care about your car, this is about the last place you want to leave it. I watched as they screamed out of their driveway in my car and flew down University with the engine winding out, then returned and threw the transmission back and forth between gears to park it. In the car's history of nearly 250,000 miles it has never been treated as roughly as its time at this place. The front desk and management were apologetic enough but its clear that this kind of treatment to the cars they work on is standard operating procedure. I'm being generous giving them 2 stars.

I have been a customer about once a year for 3 years now. I have always found the staff friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Today, I stopped by with a question/issue with the tire warning alarm on my car - Jose (manager) addressed the issue by filling up all the tires on the spot. (and I don't know if he recognized me as a former customer or not!)

Well, do yourself a favor and call Joe's tires and make the process a lot less sucky. In fact, it was a breeze.
My most recent tire purchases have been pretty straightforward. I go to Costco, order the tires and it's done without any hassle.
So this time I cross-referenced reviews with consumer reports. Costco doesn't carry the brand that was recommended, and tires I wanted were for my truck, and a little oversized.
I like to buy locally, so I "smiled and dialed" (what's dialing??) after reading so many

I got exceptional service here at Joe's Tires! I went in for a flat tire and was able to be seen immediately on a Saturday. They also found another nail in another tire! They were able to patch one for about ~$30 and had to get a new tire for the other. It was a bummer but they were able to handle it all for me and get me on the road by the next business day- Monday because they are closed on Sundays. Total was about $250-$280- not bad for patch, new tire, labor. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and understanding that I was upset- not at them but me getting nails in my tires *facepalm

I went over a curb with my Fiat. The dealer fixed everything and the last was an alignment. I thought I'd save money so made an appointment withJoe's. When I went to pick up the car Jose said two tires couldn't be aligned because there were two parts missing and it would cost me $700 more. I went back to the dealer who

My car really needed new tires, and Joe's Tires came in clutch. I researched what tires I needed and wanted that were in my price range. I called them to make an appointment in four days, and they said they could get me the tires I wanted by that time.
When I arrived, everything was done in a timely manner and was in an out in 10 minutes. I was able to leave my car and drop it off for the whole day, since I worked close. It took about 5 minutes for me to get my keys, sign what I needed to sign, and drive away.
