Way over priced. They are definitely smart and know what they are doing to diagnose problems and small car things like tires, oil change, and wiper blades BUT when your parts run me 3 time the actual cost of the part I won't be using their services for major repairs. Also their labor was quoted to me DOUBLE what other major tire and alignment shop in starkville cost me. 😑

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUYS!! I took my 1970 CHEVELLE classic there and they gave me a fair deal for the work I needed them to do. Tommy was very knowledgeable and talented at what he does. The shop manager Tim took care of my car and communicated to me throughout the entire process. I will be taking my other vehicles back to William Wells!! Great job guys, S/O to Tim and Tommy, Thanks!

This place preys on the local college students to fatten their pockets by towing student vehicles at $236 a pop!!! They literally wait in the resident housing lots & pounce as soon as the driver is out of site. I am all for rules. I didn't even let my son explain because I told him if he was towed, he was at fault. But then I decided to ride by the scene myself. The signs are deliberately deceiving & awkwardly placed KNOWING it will confuse everyone. Yes there are signs saying park between YELLOW lines. Again, knowing it will be DARK & hard to see the faded lines and that 90% of males are color

William Wells Towing came this morning and winched us out with our motorhome. Their service was incredibly friendly and super polite even though it was a holiday, and the driver (Tommy?) was obviously a skilled tow operator. To top that off, their price was more than fair to me. I would have expected to pay more for their service and knowledge (I had my own towing business years ago). Thanks again folks. I hope I can do something to help y’all some day.

I recently had my truck break down on a time sensitive trip a few hours from home and luckily was near an exit and found William Wells Tire and Auto Repair right in front of me. Unsure of what was wrong or how severe the damage, the crew here came to my rescue and figured out what it was quickly. Even though it was just a few minutes before closing… on a Friday, they called all around town, located the parts and remained after hours to get me back up and running. There aren’t many people left in the world that go that extra mile but these guys absolutely do!! They also called me Monday

Needed new tires on our daughter’s car while she was in town for just one day. Called in advance and was able to get her tires taken care of and an alignment. Then had battery/alternator issues that same day. Elliot went over and above to take care of us. They have helped us in years past with car issues while our daughters were students at MS State as well. We highly recommend this place.

Mixed review! The people here are so nice and polite. They will call you and provide you with estimates and updates in a timely manner. I've needed towing services twice and was completely satisfied. with the speed and quality of services. However their repair services need help. First time I had an oil change here they charged me for an air filter, took the old one out, and never put a new one back in! They issued a refund and an apology. Gave them another chance because they are a nice, local family owned business and had all of my brake pads/calipers/rotors replaced 3 years ago by them to the
