R&M tire patched a hole in my tire which failed after only 2 weeks. When I called back about it to ask if it could be re-patched or if I needed a new tire, they were not helpful and responded in discourtesy. I would not recommend R&M tire for their lack of customer service and their poor quality work.

I am appalled by this service. My sister got her tire patched by them one week ago and it already failed leaving her with a flat tire. She called and kindly asked how long a patch is supposed to last because it failed in only one week, to which they replied "well we patched it correctly and a patch is never guaranteed." They had no interest in helping her or fixing their mistake. Shameful. We will be going to a more reliable shop from now on.

I had my tires rotated and balanced before traveling to Starkville. I noticed a vibration and was referred to R&M by a friend. Each tire was a little out of balance but R&M corrected the problem and my SUV now rides as smooth as glass. I then brought my mother-in-law's care in for balance and rotate and an oil change. All done perfectly. My brother-in-law actually bought a new set of tires too. Jim McReynolds could not have been friendlier or more professional. The work was done right and for a competitive/reasonable price. An excellent experience.

I agree with the earlier review that the customer service is not exactly the strong point, but the actual work has been superb and at reasonable prices. They have been very prompt in fixing flats, doing car inspections, and installing new tires so there is not much time wasted while waiting. Just as well as the customer waiting area isn't one of the strong points either. The low prices for honest, excellent service reflect the reduced expenditures on customer amenities, so it all makes sense.

Went there for a flat tire change. Customer service is pretty lackluster- the worker on the phone and at the desk (I guess the owner) was pretty non-chalant, hard to understand, and never looked me in the eye. Though, I had no problems with the work whatsoever and I was out of there quickly. If you need to go there for something more costly, just make sure to pay attention.
