I took in my wife's car for what I thought needed a total break overhaul and was expecting to pay an arm and a leg. Instead, they fixed only what needed to be repaired and the car stops much better than before.

I am a student at Mississippi State University. Was suggested by another business to come get work done on my window. My window needed a regulator. The window had fallen off between the cracks. I went to Tri-Starr Muffler Brakes & Lube LLC this morning around 9:30. The staff is very unfriendly and weren't welcoming. I was charged over $300 to replace my regulator. A new regulator only cost under $40 online. I would not suggest this place. Their prices are over-expensive. Paid a lot of money and had to deal with a very unfriendly staff. Overall bad customer service, had to take my vehicle back for them to fix a mistake they made and they made me seem like I had done something wrong. Overpriced and bad customer service, go to William Wells, much much better auto shop.

Best prices and services in town. Mechanics at this shop are really good at what they do.
