I just want to give a warning to anyone since a bunch of these glowing reviews are fake and done by their marketing team. I am considered a small client. I have a tiny business that needed to file a return. Nothing crazy about this business. I was charged an outrageous amount. The breakdown of the bill shows over 100 hours spent on my tax return. Someone from within the firm told me that they hire clueless analysts who spent less than a year interning there. The analysts would spend hours beating the bush and milking the time to meet the weekly quota. I went to my local accountant and they spent

During March 2019, I gave a visit to the office to discuss some potential error on my tax return. It was my first time visiting this office and I was directed to the 9th floor.
The moment I entered this floor, I felt the solemn atmosphere. My thoughts were confirmed as I saw an employee sitting at her desk crying. She was sitting at the first row so she was the first person I saw as I turned the corner. It doesn't do me any justice seeing this as I was already panicking over the state of my return. I don't feel confident having someone who cries over the stress of busy season working on my return
