We love our new gates. They came out so beautiful and transformed the appearance of our home. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail we had. The cost was a bit more than composite gates, but well worth the extra expense.

Awful communication before, during, and after project completion. None of what was promised was done. Craftsmanship was by far the worse I've seen. Two days after installation rust appeared almost on every single panel. So annoyed and disappointed with this company. I had other projects in mind not hiring this guy for sure. Best advice RUN from this business.

BIG FAT ZERO STARS. Had to put 1 in there to complete this post. Not sure about the quality of their work because they took 2 weeks to return a phone call. When they did they set an appointment and flat out no-showed. No phone no nothing. What kind of business doesn't return phone calls for 2 weeks AND doesn't show up for an appt. One that will not stay in business too long.

We have now utilized Xtreme Iron Works for several projects ; Front Security Gate, side security gate & no doubt more to come. Luis the initial sales contact is polite professional & responsive to our needs from design to function & fit. The installation crew were both professional worked fast & kept things tidy & in order. The follow up was exceptional, I was conscious they were busy on other projects yet they made the time to prioritize me. Would recommend their work as fairly priced for excellent custom contemporary work in our case. Thank you Xtreme very much appreciate your work. 10/10

Confusion! Luis came all the way out from Anaheim, on time, and provided a proposal on the spot. All very professional. Then I tried numerous times to make contact the following week: email, text, voice-mail, but I was ghosted!! It was a pretty big job I wanted to approve, so I couldn't figure out why this small business would turn down the work, especially during this time of pandemic. I guess I'll never figure out what happened. During our meeting, everything was on the up-and-up. Odd.

We had Luis build and install our security screen door in August of 2019. He and his crew did such a beautiful job that we hired him for our security gate.
We had a small issue with the security door, and he took care of our concerns to our satisfaction.
He & his crew were on time, very professional and very clean.
We would definitely use Xtreme Iron Works for any other future projects we may have. Char

5 stars for the workmanship. Extremely happy with the final product. What is frustrating with them is that they don't give realistic install dates and their communication was sporadic. They missed a number of deadlines and gave a couple of unprofessional excuses. Maybe they give more priority to larger jobs but it was frustrating to feel like I had to call them to see where they were as deadlines rolled passed. They are in demand which is good because it speaks to their product but I'd rather they be up front with me about timing and keep in touch with me as schedules shift. Better communication

Thank you Luis for your and your employees integrity. My iPhone was lost in Inglewood and ended up at their shop in la Palma. When I got there I could not find my phone but Luis showed up and told me about his street cleaning buisness also. Long story short he opened up one of his cleaners and my iPhone was there. It was a little beat up from falling out my pocket but it's in my possession. Thank you again and I hope to use your service soon and will send people your way.

Can't say enough about this business! We needed some iron repair & after our initial phone call, everything went very well. Luis came out as arranged (on time) & gave us a quote on the spot. He followed up & answered further questions whereupon we scheduled the job. The work was all done as proposed in a timely manner. Their professionalism & quality of work are the reasons we highly recommend this company.

I did not have any services done by the company but I would like to say I did like the proffesionalism of the man that came over to give me a quote on the gate. He made a proper invoice and listened in detail to all of my concerns and gave me a quote on the spot. I would have accepted the offer but it was way too expensive for what I was looking to spend and found a much cheaper quote elsewhere.

Our Company was very disappointed in the reliability of this company. initially the owner promised the best service at the most competitive price. But the service and pricing were not at all what was promised:
1) Very unresponsive - never rely on promised work schedule - project delayed 3 months
2) Unreliable - never met committed times- no show on Saturdays when promised, delayed week over week- We missed many hours of weekend time due to missed commitments
3) Untruthful - Did not commit to price - promised small rebate for burning holes in carpet with welding shrapnel and for poor workmanship
