F you want C-D quality work for C-B pricing than use him. I requested him to check code guidelines for South Gate, I had to do all the work. We would have not met code if I listened to him. Of course he had no pictures, promised powder coating but I can tell between powder coating and paint. They touched up with spray paint so now I have two colors of paint. I have tewuested him to come multiole times and its tomorrow tomorrow. Now he is paid he doesn't want to come or return calls. Many excuses and wanted to blame me on install day that his guys waited outside. I opened once he called, but

It's funny, I forgot to check yelp reviews first. So many people had negative experiences with this vendor. He showed up 40 minutes late at the initial appt. for measurements and it made me late to another appt. which nearly resulted in a $50 late fee. The shop is nearby the residence so he said he'd be by at 10am the next morning to finalize the order. Next morning? Nothin'. 11:33 phone rings. Guess who? No mention regarding tardiness or apology. Oh, and btw, he does'nt believe in wearing a protective mask? Something about political conspiracies and God protecting him. Arrogance

Poor service, postponed the original start date 3 times until we constantly kept calling for them to show. Dropped our brand new gate that ended up bent and scratched due to incompetent employees. We have 2 gates for drive way and they only installed one handle bar. Their locksmith installed the lock improperly, requested that they come back and finish the job. They kept saying okay but never showed. Terrible business practices, would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible company. Beware They will rip you off everything is fake. Company goes by several different names and addresses. FM Iron Works Elias Iron Works . One address is a auto body shop. He uses several different addresses as well Head thief Calls himself Ramon. but His name is Francisco Mota. He just bought himself a nice Rolls Royce with the money he steals from hard working people. He has no business license and when I report him he probably won't ever be able to get one. I'll be seeing him in court soon , what was supposed to take 3 months ended never being finished over a year

We contracted Elias Iron works for our commercial property, and he did come trough with high quality work and fencing. His staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Elias Iron works for all your needs. The price was more than fair and the whole installation of the fence was quick and clean. The property looks so much nicer and secure because oh his work. Highly recommend his services.

A very terrible service and workers i have ever deal with. if you want to get your project done, you probably need to call them over 20 times. especially after they got your deposit. they only take cash. after you paid them, if you found something wrong, there is no way you can ask them to come back. their answers are always:" I will be there tomorrow" and the tomorrow is never ending. if you don't want to get headache, upset and frustrated, do not hire them. i am 100% sure you will regret.

Elias and Marissa came out to the house and gave me an estimate for a gate. The price was fair in my opinion. About a week later I got a call saying the gate was almost ready. Marissa explained about paint matching when the other fence is 27 years old. She did a great job of communicating. The work ethic of Elias and his crew was fantastic. They did a great job of installing, with good attitudes and hard work. I would definitely use Elia's Iron Works again for any future work that is needed. These are the kind of hard working people that make our country a great place.

They take your deposit, promise you dates to come do the work and NEVER SHOW UP and NEVER CALL YOU.
If you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone at the office or if Octavio answers his cell phone, you are PROMISED a new date and then again doesn't show up or call you.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, unless you want to end up wasting your time and end up suing them in court to get your deposit back

Francisco was quick to respond to my call for a quote.The job consisted of a gate door and I believed he understood what we talked about as far as what I wanted done. He installed it late one night,because he didn't have all tools needed at the time. I had to leave and left money for him to be payed once the job was completed. I called the owner and his brother for a quote on a project I had for them. We set an appointment with the date and time of when they would come. I showed up at the property at the set appointment time, and waited for a good 15 minutes before calling them. They said they were on their way. Called them another 30 minutes later, they said they were on their way. After an hour of waiting, they NEVER SHOWED UP.
I decided to give them another chance so we set another appointment.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the quality, service, value we received from Elias Iron Works. After receiving 2 quotes from other highly rated companies, Elias came and, on the spot, gave a quote at half the price of the others. So we asked them to refurbish our other gate, which they included. Total price $900 cash.
Within a week, Elias delivered 2 BEAUTIFUL NEW GATES, and professionally installed gates. (The old gate couldn't be refurbished so the made a NEW ONE at no extra charge!) The installers worked about 3 hours.

Had a side entry gate made and installed in October 2013. The lockset installed was of poor quality. The gate has become unbalanced twice since it was installed less than a year ago, therefore, it's difficult to even close the gate. I literally have to slam the gate in order for it to close. I tried to contact Juan and even provided photos via text message, but I have not heard back from him. This was in June 2014.
Update: after several months, I finally received a call back from Juan in August. I explained the issue and he blamed it on the Earth moving. Keep in the mind the gate is not even
