I will always refer Joe and team. Now that we have made our final move for a while, I'm sad we won't have our yearly meet up to a new apartment. The whole team is professional yet conversational really making a stressful move feel calming. Always on time and gets the job done with smiles. This was our 3rd time using the team and I've had a friend hire Joe too. It's worth every penny.

My idiot self scheduled another mover to come but on the wrong date, but here comes Joe + his crew to the rescue! It was incredibly last minute but they showed up within the hour, wrapped furniture, moved everything into the truck, and moved us into our new apartment in record time. Forever grateful to Joe + his team who move so effortlessly. I would 100000% recommend this company and would book again (w/ more notice). Thank you thank you!

We hired Browns Moving to move us from our apartment to our new townhouse and they were fantastic. The experience was great from the start because Joe was prompt with his responses to our questions. Even if he was on a move, someone responded to our emails letting us know that Joe would get back to us soon. Scheduling was quick and easy and after confirming our list of items to be moved, we had our quote and move date. They did not require a deposit, which was wonderful. The day of the move went extremely smoothly. Joe called to let us know when he was 15 minutes from our apartment and arrived

Wow, these guys are amazing! I've hired them twice, and every time I'm happy with the results! I love supporting these people!!!! Joe Brown shows up with his crew of guys. They will break a sweat! I made sure to lower the temp in my unit. Be sure to give them water, and maybe some protein bars. They moved my 1 bedroom apartment last week, and they were amazing. They always show up ON TIME, and move with a sense of urgency. All the guys get along, and are respectful to everyone. Of his crew, I'd say Danny is my favorite. I used Browns Moving again for two moves in the past month, four years after I had originally hired them for my last move -- they were yet again excellent! Joe and his team are great. They showed up a few minutes early of the scheduled time and everyone was super friendly. Masks and safety protocols were observed, and they moved everything quickly but carefully into our new home. I will absolutely continue using them for future moves.

We've used these guys a few times already and they are hands down, a great company. The guys are polite, move quickly and they've never broken a single thing on us.
Our last move was down a long hallway and there was another person in our same hall moving at the same time. They managed to get things done within the three hour window that we had for the freight elevator and never made a big deal about any of it.
This move was during the middle of this whole Covid nightmare as well. They were good about wearing masks and communicated with my husband from a safe distance.

I've been anxious about moving especially during the pandemic but Joe and his crew made everything so much easier. Joe is really easy to work with. Everything was clear right from the start--the cost, the description of service, etc. The crew was careful with our stuff--they wrapped our furniture for protection, and they carried our stuff with care, and they were professional with work and communication. I highly recommend this business!
