This great group made our financing happen, overcoming some obstacles along the way. We moved to Jacksonville 5 yrs ago our realtor at the time introduced us to Bill Sharp and his team...it can be extremely stressful when it comes to getting a mortgage, but Sharp Mortgage made the process then so smooth, they explained everything, kept us informed even if there was no more new news, they never made us feel "dumb" ...fast forward 5… years...time to do it again...oh and BTW, in between we received birthday cards, Thanksgiving cards, Christmas cards and Just Because cards, great reminders to have when you need to make that call again...this time it was a 3 way sell and buy

My husband and I decided we were interested in buying a home this year, but we were not confident in our ability to do that. Sharp Mortgages made it happen! Chris Childers crunched all the numbers, which was probably the scariest process for us, but he was super friendly and really made us feel great through the whole process. Beth Davey was amazing in getting everything together and kept pushing through any obstacles to get the application ready in time for us.
