Dr. Jim and this staff are absolutely wonderful! They are so compassionate, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I came to them after a bad experience with another dentist, so I was definitely nervous. Dr. Kotsianas and his team are amazing! They are so efficient and timely that I barely know what the waiting room looks like! Everyone that I have encountered there have been nothing but nice! Yesterday was mine and my husbands first time going to this dentist and wow nothing but pleasant!! Absolutely everyone is super nice and professional! The entire place is very clean! And if you are a nervous wreck like me at the dentist rest assured they will be helpful and patient with you! I would recommend this dentist to everyone!!

James treats you like you're a second class citizen as if you're a nuisance. very combative, condensending, unprofessional. I asked him what his plan was to fix my teeth because I am a truck driver and have limited time home. he told me that he wasn't sure and acted as if it was my problem to figure out. I'm sorry, but I'm paying for this to be his… problem not mine and find out a schedule that works for both of us. he said he was backed up for 6 months. then why is he taking new patients if he doesn't have time for them. I only come home for a week every 7 weeks and he was told that fact

Will not be back. I have never been more dissatisfied. Something that should have taken 45 min took 90. Then trying to tell me oh you may have to have a root canal. When that couldn’t be further from the truth. Then him leaving 3 times during the appointment. Not to mention being pretty rough. A horrible experience. Then to beat it try’s to get me to stay for a cleaning too. Ahhh no. Heck no. Won’t be back and won’t find me recommending him. The end.

I have went to this Dentist for 25 years. He is a good dentist who does pain free work. But I recently got 2 crowns , I had told Dr Jim and his staff I wanted gold crowns because I heard they last longer, they said ok, then when I go to get the crowns put on, the crowns were white porcelain, I didn't say anything but started thinking about changing dentists, then the next time I had my teeth cleaned my gums and teeth hurt for 2 or 3 days because the hygienist they have now only uses a pick. They had a great hygienist for 25 years but she retired.
