I’m very glad I purchased my new Luuf Plush mattress here. Not only was the service super relaxed, not pushy at all — but I also got a great deal! I ended up paying less for a queen mattress, 2 very high quality pillows and a mattress protector than I would’ve spent online for just the mattress alone.
The store has a wide variety of mattresses, some I’d never heard of and some I always hear advertised like Avocado, Casper, etc.

Had a great experience here checking out mattresses that we were considering from several online manufacturers. We were hesitant to buy without getting to try them out and then found out there was a place nearby in Austin where we could do exactly that. Excellent and informative customer service without any high pressure sales tactics. And on top of it, they offered a better discount than buying online. Highly recommended if you’re looking into any of the mattress brands that they carry. And every brand they have is made in the USA. Couldn’t ask for a better buying experience.

Hiya! Drove from ftw to try out some online mattresses. And had a great experience with the knowledgeable staff... and they helped me buy online with their included discounts... I highly recommend checking this store out as it is the only store of its kind that I know of in North or Central Texas. I wish they had a store in North texas. Try before you buy here... I was gonna get a different mattress until I was able to try an avocado and then switched... also check out their YouTube videos for recommendations... thx Cary

We were pleased to find this showroom since we did not want to buy online without trying the mattress. The Showroom Manager, Maeghan Bell, was a wealth of information. She knows her products. She did not try to oversell but answered our questions directly. We spent days looking but came back here. Once we decided she was very helpful in finding any discounts she could for us. The whole experience was positive. Her knowledge was greatly appreciated.

We wanted to get an organic mattress. Maeg;han assisted us in choosing an Avocado Green Pillow Top mattress and Brentwood Foundation. We wanted to be able to try out a mattress before purchasing , and we tried out several before settling on the Avocado Green Pillow Top. We had a lot of questions and Maeghan answered all of them. We visited one other store before returning to the Showroom. We returned because Maeghan made us feel comfortable with our purchase decision. Can I say this? Shopping for beds here was actually an enjoyable experience. Have you ever heard such a comment about a bed store? First, I needed a mattress for a guest room. I hit all of the usual places, then found this store. OSG is actually a showroom/sales agency for mattresses sold only on-line. I had studied reviews and was interested in a couple of mattresses available only through the internet. They actually had them at the OSG store for us to test. We quickly purchased one for the guest bedroom--very smooth and the price was right. Then we concentrated on a larger bed for our master

This store was very clean and well kept, and made us feel at ease--even during the pandemic.
Most notably, Meghan, took time to really understand us and our sleeping habits. She helped navigate us through the store and explained the different features of each mattress. We fell in love with a Helix mattress and a couple of the pillows as well.
We walked out with a king mattress, mattress protector and two king pillows-- all for a lower price than we would have found online with the best discount
