Jennifer Castro is a board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor's degree in nursing from Florida International University and her Master's degree in nursing from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing. She started her nursing career in 2003 at Miami Children's Hospital Emergency Department and Trauma Center in Miami, Florida.
In about one hour, our trained staff can provide a non-surgical skin tightening and face lift treatment that rejuvenates, regenerates and improves the structure of the face using special threads made of a material called polydioxanone (PDO). This special thread has been used in medicine for years mainly with surgery, and as sutures, for pediatric cardiac surgery for over 35 years.
PRP is used for the facial rejuvenation, to treat orthopedic conditions and hair restoration! Medial Epicondylitis, or Golfer's elbow, is a condition that causes pain on the inner side of your elbow, where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside (medial) part of your elbow.

If your on the fence about scheduling an appointment with Youthful Balance and Jen Castro...we hope this review helps your decision. We, referring to my husband and I, can honestly say we were right where you are, confused, unsure and at our wits end. But we jumped and scheduled an appointment and it was the best health decision we've ever made! We've been under Jen's care for 5 years now. I'm 57 and my husband is 65. Me and my wife have been seeing Jennifer Castro for years and years for hormone replacement and we’ve never felt better, My wife likes to run and work out and I like to lift weights with Jennifers help it makes it a whole lot easier, we highly recommend her the whole staff has been very nice to us as well. My friend recommended I go to a consultation after she completed her weightless treatment and had great results and a good experience with Youthful Balance. My consultation was pleasant, informative and everyone was nice and professional.
I did not continue with Youthful balance because I wasn't financially ready to take it on (supplements and weekly costs were going to be a bit too expensive for my budget right now). And personally, I wasn't all that comfortable with the idea of adding supplements and other medications to my current medications.

PDO THREADING procedure was a waste of time and money for me. There were zero results even with 2 revisions. I will say that Jennifer, the ARNP is lovely; and they offer many services however, I wish I never did it. Money down the drain. Extremely disappointed.

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed from my first phone call yesterday. I called to ask a question and was greeted by the receptionist who was lovely. She asked to place me on hold while she inquired the answer then offered to have the specialist call me back to answer any further questions. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Renee who was great and made me feel very comfortable. Best part she had a cancellation for the next day at 8am and was able to accommodate me. Amazing staff, very professional and informative! Rene is incredible and helped me lose 30 lbs in such a short amount of time! Making appointments are a piece of cake and Very flexible for your schedule. I loved that Rene gave me her personal number so I was able to text her with any questions I had about my diet, staying track, etc. I have referred a ton of family and friends here because I truly believe in what youthful balance offers!
