Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club

I was only on the beach section for a wedding. They did a beautiful job of accommodating for a pandemic.
There was a fire pit, smores, and heaters for a January sunset wedding an it was beautiful.

Great place to be a member for golf, tennis, marina, or social. Two dining venues and rental space (think weddings and corporate events), with an unbelievable sunset view and beachside event space.

Great new place for us. Went and had dinner on the deck at The Deck Bar & Grille. Good food and selection, reasonably priced and COLD beer. It was karaoke night, so it filled up quickly. Fun time and will go back.

Members only club in a wonderful location. Pros for golf and tennis are top notch. Yacht club is a nice option if you dont have facilities where you live.

Isla Del Sol was a very fun place to go to. I went there for my friends 16th birthday party and the staff members where great, not to mention the view you get of the water. The food and bar was enjoyable and I had a great experience. Best of all, I didn't even do everything they have to offer, so it's bound to be even better with those things included.

Beautiful panoramic views of Boca Ciega Bay! Great pool and snack bar overlooking the bay and small beach. Nice dining room inside on second floor with great food and entertainment. Membership required or be a guest of a Member.
Nice place for a beach wedding and reception. Gorgeous wedding gowns available at Frontroom Couture in St Petersburg. Beautiful flowers can be provided by Karen's Florist of Gulfport. Both highly recommended.

I just love it there, The Deck restaurant and lounge is great, food service and most of all a band called Act3, WOW they sing Motown and old sounds that I grew up on. You have to make reservations of 2 or more. I just love it and my family to.

A true gem of a club. The golf course is fun to play and the pool has the best views of Boca Ciega Bay. The gym unfortunately is small and I wish they had a few classes like spin, zumba. Pilates. But the ladies do have many active groups to join. They do need to get pickle ball and bocce courts to make this country club top rating. It will always get a 5 star rating because of the amazing views while you are dining.

This place is very unique, the combination of golf course, the yacht club tennis and many other activities like trails for walking or biking make this place a paradise. Kayak and paddle board are amount activities you can do.
The gulf beaches are within walking distance. Weather you like to be active or just relaxing watching the espectaculars sunset definitely this place to be!

The Pool Bar offers a great grouper sandwich and a nice view on the water. Six of us had drinks and dinner outside on a perfect sunset evening.
The menu offers mainly burgers and salads and has a full bar.
It closes at 7:30 pm so get there early.

Isla Del Sol is a great track located right on the water before St. Pete Beach. The employees are always very kind and they definitely care about the course.

Isla includes a free practice range, nice carts and a decent sized putting green. The course can be challenging if you're finding the hazards but there are a lot of easier holes and short par 4s if you're a long hitter. Their fairways are in my top 3 within Pinellas county. If you're not a good putter, I would recommend putting for 15-30 minutes before your tee time. These greens are FAST but they roll true.

One word describes Isla-Superb. The staff, course layout & conitioning, greens, Oasis hut, poolside bar.....I consider it a privilege to play here. Love the high risk/high reward opportunities on many holes. Fred is an excellent Head of Golf & Josh is a very good instructor.

While on vacation we stopped in to find out the pricing on places here. My grandparents were thoroughly impressed. The landscaping was on point even just after Hurricane Michael had grazed the area a day before. This community is well kept and gorgeous. We drove around the entire complex several times to get a feel for the size and space. I hope my grandparents choose this place to stay.

Pros: greens are exceptional and true (fast) - men's clubhouse - clean... chuck was nice in the locker room...

Cons: Tee Boxes please manicure this area.. I felt like I was tee'n off the fairway because the boxes were not mowed.

Overall for winter the course was in good shape.. I'd definitely play when in Clearwater area... not too bad of a drive - the Grill in the property was okay..

I have been here golfing three times with friends and we absolutely love this course. It's a great layout, in great shape in a very scenic setting. We'll be back.

It is amazing to think I've been playing this golf course on and off for almost 40 years.

Growing up on the Gulf Beaches, my grandfather took me to play here as a kid and I still remember a hole out from a greenside bunker on #18 with him as a witness. (I remember it because I was so excited, I fell down in the sand trap and my grandfather immediately yelled at me to "Get up!" So much for the lasting celebration of the actual golf shot itself.)

My grandparents have passed on and I long ago moved to Tampa, but I still venture over here about once every summer to enjoy some cool

This is one of my favorite golf courses in Pinellas County. Friendly staff in the Pro shop. The course is in excellent shape, well manicured and the greens putted beautifully. The course length is appropriate for a mid to high handicapper. This course is private but opens to the public in the spring/summer and I can't wait until it opens back up again. Maybe in May.

I can easily speak to the calibre of the golf course. When my pop came in from the west coast the man said he wanted to swing the clubs a few times and had this place on speed dial at the recommendation of a friend.

The course is well tended to and the pace of play is casual. Greens were in great condition (read: fast) and there was plenty of diversity between the par 5's and 3's to give your bag a workout.

I'm not a golfer, not a yachter?, not a country clubber at all.... but this is a nice place. It's very beautiful and clean.

As a former member of their yacht club I want to recommend them to anyone looking to join such an organization. The folks at Isla del Sol are the best! They have both yacht and golf/tennis memberships. The clubhouse is outstanding with an excellent restaurant. The pool is awesome, and the poolside bar was my favorite hangout while I was there. Their marina has what has to be the most beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay. The only drawback is that because the marina kinda "sticks out" into the bay, the boats alongside the far wall get the best views but also all the rocking from the
