I needed a probate attorney to help me after the passing of my father. Sam and Amber were both very nice. Upon my free consultation he gave me rough dates as to how long this would take and he was on the money. (Although he didn't promise)I'm just saying his rough guess was on the mark.
His assistant Amber was very communicative throughout. I would highly recommend this law office for probate handling. They made it so easy and I had peace of mind after hiring them.

While in the end, I did not have a workable case I was impressed my the initial consultation from this law office. I was able to talk directly to multiple lawyers over the phone as they deciphered who had the most expertise for my particular issue. They had no problem educating me on all my options and even sent me an email with further information to read up on. When I followed up with one last question, they responded back promptly. Samuel M. Is very patient and accommodating. I had a Living Trust made during the height of the pandemic and he was extremely understanding and open to all my questions. We found Marshall Law Office at Yelp.com. Called and made appointment to get initial consultation about Asset Protection Trust. Sam Marshall does not charge initial consultation fee. On the day we met he was only 10 minutes late, he apologized for the delay. We explained our situation. He was very honest and told us that with our current situation, we are well protected and his opinion was we do not need an asset protection trust. It would only create more work for us. He spent about 45 minutes of time with us. Explained the pros and cons and did not charge anything. Sam Marshall is here to help

We went to Sam shortly after my mom died to sort out what needed to be done after a family member contested my mom's will. When we first sat down with him and he explained the process. The case was complex, but he made it very simple for us to understand. He was always professional, easy to talk too, always took our calls and would call us back personally if he wasn't available. We had difficulty getting a Trust attorney to call us back. Not so with Sam Marshall who immediately returned our call and understood our needs. Sam Marshall helped guide our family through the ins and outs of updating a very old trust. So many laws had changed since the original one was created that it was becoming a nightmare of too many documents. He took all the steps necessary to make sure all of the original desires were met, but within a current legal framework.
