Foothills Management continuously upgrades properties to make them more energy efficient by using energy efficient products and building techniquies. Solar panels have been added to a second building for water heating. This decreases our use of fossil fuels for water heating. Our experience with our first solar installation on High Street proved that these panels do decrease fossil fuel use, especially in spring, summer and fall.
