When we were house hunting, we were interested in one of their listed houses in Skowhegan. We let them know we were already approved for a mortgage and had money to put down. Three attempts, three different agents, no one ever bothered to get back to us. Meanwhile, we bought a house through a realtor who bothered to call us back. The house we were interested in originally was still for sale six months later. We wondered if the owner realized they'd let a likely buyer get away because they couldn't be bothered to send an email. Right now they have a commercial property in Madison with their sign

I bought one property from them and it's all paid up to date and wanted to finance another property that fit my needs better and Aaron Bolster owner said I had to go to a bank but he didn't suggest any. That to me is not much help. His attitude toward us was not good on the newer property. If you want a realtor to work with you don't go here.

Extremely disappointed! Making a cash deal purchase shouldnt be an unacceptable, unprofessional and a shady experience! Especially after the owner of the property accepts the amount offered. And the property was never listed or disclosed "As is" . Which appeared 3 days after on the purchase and sales. Unbelieveable. In SKOWHEGAN

Unethical, dishonest and will take advantage of you if you give them a chance. The wrong way to do business in a small town.
This review is specifically for Susi Pearson who was the representative selling the house we bought. As first time homebuyers, we were most definitely taken advantage of, but that isn't uncommon. However, she took it multiple steps further to make the process and subsequent months more difficult and more of a financial burden than necessary.
She was also the property manager of the house before it was sold flat-out ignored regulations to keep the property safe. After
