This is in regards to your reply to my review yesterday. I did not authorize you to "look into" anything. I am the one who owns the car and I am the one who left the car with you. I dropped my car off for an inspection and oil change. If my tail lights weren't working then you should have told ME that and asked ME how I wanted to proceed. And you didn't. You charged me for "your time" in which you did NOTHING. I've already had my lights fixed elsewhere at this point along with an oil change and inspection. My tail lights being out was a FUSE. How a "professional" garage couldn't catch that is beyond

Have been going to One Stop for almost 10 years now. Tony and his staff can identify my auto issues and make the repairs right the first time. They know my vehicles history. Unlike going to dealers for service where you have to explain about your vehicle each time to a different service advisor. I like the idea of building a relationship with a small business owner. I will preface this with saying that I worked in an auto shop for 3 years. I am no stranger to how a shop runs.
I called Monday and made an appointment for Thursday for a simple oil change and emissions test. When I arrived Thursday I was greeted by Tony. Tony was aggressive and rude, he stated he did not have an appointment for me. I told him who I had talked to and that I really needed my emissions done. Instead of handling it professionally and talking with me about what he could do for me (and taking up the communication breakdown
