Our training regimen is designed to be sustainable. By using precise positioning and basic movement patterns - push, pull, bend, twist, lunge, squat - plus flexibility work, we create a structural integrity in your joints and muscles that will allow you to do things you never imagined.

We always make sure you are able to move with strength and confidence (mobility & stability) before adding weight or moving at a higher intensity (strength & performance).No matter if you were a collegiate athlete or have never done a single push-up, our staff and incredible community will meet you right where you are and support you on your fitness journey.
The first step to any fitness program is a 1-on-1 visit and basic movement & fitness assessment. This 45min meeting starts with a conversation about your health & fitness goals. YOUR goals determine where you fit in our program!

The movement assessment allows our coaches to help you figure out where you currently fit in the fitness continuum, and helps them prepare for your next session, be that a 1-on-1 with your own coach, or your entry into Group classes.We have 2 paths after the assessment - personal training (our BASIC FIT L1 & L2 programs are a GREAT place to start) or straight to Group classes.
We're excited to introduce you to our movements, methodology and amazing PittsburghFIT community. There are no age or fitness level requirements. Our goal is to help you build functional strength that will allow you to thrive, physically, throughout your life. This membership gives you access to all group classes and open gym times 12 times per month.

Pittsburgh Fit is just that a fit for anyone & everyone on all fitness levels. The quality of all the trainers and the flexibility of scheduling 7 days a week is above par and for busy professionals this a huge plus that you can still get your workout in if you miss one because of meeting, emergency, etc. vs losing that time and workout completely! I have seen results in a little under 2 months by losing inches as well better eating habits and goals with a nutritionist. I’m completely happy and pleased with my switch in trainers along with the facility!

Love it! I'm not very sporty but I think that the workout's are really really fun. Everybody who works there is really sweet too. Classes are consistent and run smoothly. Very accessible and just great. Highly recommend!

The coaches, staff, and members at Pittsburgh FIT provide an informative and welcoming environment to new members. I have been here for only a few short months and I already feel at home when I'm there.
The group fitness workouts have proven challenging and effective and I am seeing the desired results of the programming. I enjoy every moment spent inside this domain of fitness. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in improving their health and wellbeing.

Pittsburgh FIT if an incredible gym. It is spacious with clean and organized equipment. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable. They do an excellent job of pushing athletes as well as teaching new skills. Not only do they check-in frequently to understand my overall well-being, but they also provide in-body measurements. For me these have been a great motivator and accountability measure. The members are welcoming and supportive of one another. The programming is well-balanced, and I appreciate the additional opportunities provided through clinics.

I joined Pittsburgh FIT about two months ago and have significantly increased my muscle mass; decreased my percent body fat; have lost weight; and am significantly stronger. The gym is bright, open, clean, and excellent. The staff are professional, committed, and engaged. My trainer (Isaac) does a masterful job of pushing me hard (but not too hard!) and my nutritionist (Marissa) has really helped me improve my diet, including helping me navigate life as a relatively new pescatarian. I am so happy that I joined Pittsburgh FIT and am really grateful for how it's improved my health and well being

I started at Pittsburgh Fit in March 2021 after having a baby. I wanted a trainer and classes that would focus on form and strength as I re-learned and strengthened my postpartum body.
I also wanted a place that understood the universal principles of health and weight loss, which aren't about beating your body up but rather, feeling good after a work-out.
I am having that experience training at Pittsburgh Fit. I love how kind, friendly and focused on health and your own personal best this place is. And everyone I've met in class and the trainers are really there to support you, wherever you are

Awesome gym for so many reasons! Classes are so fun and great for any fitness level (I came in as a middle aged person without much strength or fitness, so can attest that they meet you where you are and help you grow from there). Personal training is also great - I signed up for a small group package with family members and have LOVED each trainer we have worked with. Go check it out!!!

Now that I am retired with more time on my hands I need a total body workout. A workout that pushes me to maximize my time in the gym. Pittsburgh Fit instructors are there help you get the most out of the routine and motivate you as well. Instructors insure everyone is using proper technique. Overall I get a challenging and enjoyable start to my days.

I joined Pittsburgh FIT earlier this year, to hit reset on my fitness. In responding to the pandemic, they have been on top of adhering to guidelines, providing clear communication to all members, and ensuring everyone felt safe and informed. As a fitness facility: they are outstanding. The knowledge, the inclusivity, the community: it’s all there. My experience in fitness includes teaching fitness in NYC during the boom of boutique fitness some years ago. I’ve seen the great and I’ve seen the not so great. I’m grateful to be a part of the Pittsburgh FIT community.

Pittsburgh FIT is such a welcoming environment for people at any skill level. I decided to join a 6-week challenge because I needed an extra kick in the butt to get motivated after some weight gain. I've since joined as a member.

There's a variety of class times to choose from, from early in the morning to late into the evening. The 9:30 a.m. class is my normal class.

The workouts are always a fun challenge and there's always different. They combine cardio, weight training and body resistance exercises, and everything wraps up within an hour. Trainers always go over all of the

Ok here is my take on Pittsburgh Fit. I drove past this place at least 4x a week and on January 31st decided to stop in and see what it was a about. As I looked around it wasn't the typical gym & it wasn't crowded with "gym buffs". So I joined the 6 week challenge. First the workouts are hard,vigorous, yet awesome, the meal prep was good and there was a great support group on social media. The coaches especially Erika, Anthony & Dave were amazing and modified any workout that I needed. I can only speak about the am crew. Jodi the owner is great and very personable.

Great gym. Awesome coaches. I have fun working out. There are some very fit people at the gym but workouts are scalable for all fitness levels. They have student pricing!

I dropped in to Pittsburgh Fit today. Gym was super clean. I was immediately greeted by a coach who was really welcoming.

The community was great. They were so welcoming.

The WOD was a blast. The coaches kept a close eye on all of the regulars and me. This was great. I feel a lot of the time "drop ins" get ignored by coaches.

Pitt Fit is a killer gym and I'll be back for sure.

A great place for fitness! Pittsburgh FIT offers a clean studio and locker rooms as well as a workouts that are personalized for each member and can be very challenging if so desired... all led by very knowledgeable staff in a friendly atmosphere.

This place is awesome! I've been going here since February, and I feel like part of a great community. A good friend first recommended this place to me and before becoming a member, I test drove through a Groupon. After that first introductory rate, I made the decision to become a 3x/Week member. From the start, the coaches were welcoming and super helpful. When people think of "crossfit", they think of very difficult workouts that only a limited number of people can do. At least that's what I thought. Since becoming a member here, I've surprised myself multiple times.

I have been going here for over a year. The coaches are great motivators, very knowledgeable and friendly. I get intimidated so easily, I have never felt that way going here. They welcome all people regardless of athletic ability, shape, size...
They things I've accomplished and the changes in my body and performance keep me going back, as well as the amazing people I've met there. 100% judgement free, clean and safe.
