Not even the rain, the snow, the heat, the wind, nor a global pandemic could bring us to a stop. But after 2 years and 6 months of being in business we were shut down because we did not have a "potable water hose used to fill fresh water tank." We knew our 3rd Vegas summer was going to be tough and we were proactive in attacking the obstacles.
We bought a new air conditioner to keep ambient temperatures low inside the food truck and help refrigeration. But the last straw was a $1400 dollar invoice the health inspector issued Camaradas in order to open back up. 2 years and 6 months of cooking our heart out and remaining consistent for you- all came to a halt.

I set out this morning wanting my favorite carne asada fettuccine!!! The best.. and my heart is completely broken!!!! I am so sorry this has happened and my favorite food truck is closed over a HOSE!!!! I sure hope you open a restaurant and don’t give up on your dream. The food is amazing and so is the service. Thank you for the unique food experience that I will never forget!! By chance are you doing to go orders from your house? I’ll order and pick up anywhere in the valley.. we would love to continue supporting and eating that amazing food!!

What an incredible surprise. What started out as a convenient place to grab some dinner on the way home ended up being one of the most delicious meals I've had the pleasure of. Right off the bat German was incredibly friendly, helped us with the menu, made a great recommendation, and then frequently checked in that we had enough napkins, sauce, etc (the sauce is also great). The food itself was mouth watering. Prepared very quickly, I sat down to one of the most mouth-watering experiences of my life. My only regret was that I was too full to order more. Solid Carne Asada burrito 🌯! Good quality meat, great portion, reasonable prices, tasty sauces and very friendly customer service. Checks all the boxes. I'll definitely be back to try the pastas and chicken tinga when I'm back in the area. And rewards!? Quit playing.. Thank you bro! Come support this small business!

I was waiting for the Toyota dealership to service my truck and needed some lunch. Everyone at the dealership told me to try Nevada Chicken and Ribs but I prefer to make my own ribs and I wasn't feelin' the chicken. I pulled out my trusty Yelp app and found this food truck. I went there planning for tacos and realized that I had found my go-to spot for shrimp burritos when I got there. I did get some tacos as well but the burrito was the definite standout. I had a spot in WA I used to go for these but i hadn't found one here in NV since I arrived nearly two years ago. This is definitely my spot

A friend of mine gave me tacos from there before and i devoured them. I finally was able to check out the truck first hand and experienced such a friendly welcome by owner. I was in the mood for the pasta so i had the ravioli with the mezcal sauce and i knew for sure i had leave a review and return again. Awesome job guys! I’ll be back!

This food truck is SLEPT ON. I work across the street and my coworker told me to come try it out. I have since then not been able to stop coming here for lunch! They’re food is FIRE, and I highly recommend anyone to come and try them out. ALSO super friendly and personable customer service! German, (Pronounced Her-maan) is an awesome guy and deserves so much praise for all his hard work and generous service! COME TRY THEM OUT!

We stopped in Las Vegas on a road trip and this is hands-down the best place we went to. The food is super creative and tasty and the owner/chef is very passionate about the food he’s making. We had the Carne Asada Fettuccine, Saffron-rice Shrimp Burrito, and the Chicken Milanesa Torta and they were all fantastic.

Hands down one of my favorite places to eat in the city. They combine my two favorite cuisines, Mexican and Italian, which they do so well. They have a wide selection of food options on their menu to satisfy any craving. I love that their menu has very original takes on some of my favorite dishes. My favorite dish is their Mezcal Pink Sauce Pasta, it's almost always my go to. Not only is the food fantastic but the owner, German, is always super nice and friendly when you go. He always seems to remember you whenever you go eat and strike up a conversation while you wait. I have never heard anything

Amazing flavor and freshness for a food truck. This place needs a brick and mortar! I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorfull the food was. I had a Rib Eye Torta which was phenomenal! Definitely my new… favorite spot!

I’m so impressed with the quality of the food and service. All of their sauces are homemade and they use organic vegetables. I tried the cheese ravioli and it was amazing. You can taste the Fresh cheese and fresh pasta melting in your mouth. I also tried he mezcal pink sauce pasta and I have to say that it is a great combination !!
The also have vegetarian options. Like huarache or other kinds of pastas.

We ate at Camaradas over the weekend and were extremely impressed with the quality and creativity of the food. The proprietor of the truck was there and he graciously offered to explain the varying menu items… and Mexican-Italian fusion specialities they had for the day. Everything was delicious and the chicken tinga tacos were some of the best I've ever had. Also recommend the tortas and the various pasta options. Definitely will visit Camaradas every time we come to Las Vegas!! You don't want to miss this...
