Micheal Taylor was amazing! He was extremely professional yet took his time to explain everything to us and the best way to take care of each situation. We had snow covering the roof so he couldn't get the best look at it but said if we have any concerns we could send him pictures at anytime and he would give e us his thought and feed back. Highly recommend!

We hired this company to do a pre purchase inspection on a house. The site was easy to use and to make payments and gave clear opportunity if customer service was required.
While we did not meet the person who inspected our home we felt that he did a detailed and thoughtful job. I have a background in construction and I particularly appreciated his thoroughness while inspecting our new home.

Had a home inspection performed on an older home and Greg Walk was extremely professional and prompt. He was comfortable with us checking out the property during the last half hour of his inspection since we hadn't had much time prior and communicated his findings well to us. He even made some recommendations to some local food and beer places. His report came very quickly (early the following day). He made this step of the home buying process stress free.
