I’ve been getting my insurance through Mars for nearly 20 years. They’ve always given me a great price and it’s so simple. I call or email and ask for a quote, they quickly let me know the best choice and I have it all squared away in a few hours. They even helped me get a refund check reissued that I had forgotten about. You can reach someone immediately over the phone and Mary helps me out a lot. I love not having to fight with some generic call center. The owner, Joe, is a great guy too. It’s a wonderful family run business and I’d highly recommend them!

Our neighbor suggested we call Mars (Andrew) when I needed insurance as I approached retirement.
Andrew was a great help navigating us through the tricky Medicare health insurance process. Our first encounter with Andrew was him coming to our home pre-COVID then periodically via phone. Andrew looked at all options that would give us the best coverage for our personal circumstances and has been very helpful, quick to return phone calls and emails.

When my former policies went sky high I called Mars and since 2014 Katie (Sloan) Coad has been my agent. All of my policies are through Mars and Katie. I still price compare every couple of years but Mars has been competitive every time. On occasion I'll find a slightly lower price but the main thing that I get from Mars is Katie. The other Agencies just don't have a Katie! Her personal service, smiling attitude, and professionalism far out paces any other. And on the off-chance that Katie is unavailable Mary does a wonderful job filling her shoes. I highly recommend Mars and Katie!

A friend of mine told me to call Mars when I needed insurance. Mary got back to me with quotes after just one business day and got me set up with Progressive almost instantly. So much cheaper than I thought with even more coverage. It was such a pleasant experience and they easily saved me $600/year. Definitely give them a call, even if you have insurance and just wanna make sure you're paying what you should be.
