I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received while changing my Auto and Home policies to a different company. I worked with Selina Ducksworth in this process. She was very helpful in answering my questions and emailing me the forms that I needed to fill out. I have been with this agency since 1965 when it was Foote Insurance Company. Over the years there have been other names added to the agency. There was Frisbie, Overly & Foote and the current names of Frisbie & Lohmeyer. Over the 55 years I have been with this agency I have never had a bad experience.

About 25 years ago I first became acquainted with Frisbie & Lohmeyer Insurance when they stopped by a house that had just burned down and were writing out a check. That was before insurance was so readily available through the internet. But I wonder, if a house burned down today and the insurance was purchased online through one of the companies that advertise non-stop on TV, would the agent be there in 30 minutes to write a check to help the homeowner get through the days ahead? I don't think so. Frisbie & Lohmeyer have been our agents ever since that day 25 years ago and whenever we have had
