The site hosts a 5,000 square foot conference center and a Victorian-era manor nestled on almost 3 wooded acres.

Services
A covered breezeway connects the 5,000 square-foot state-of-the-art conference center to a Victorian Manor house built in 1895. The Whitehead Manor grounds are peppered with old growth trees, organic gardens, a koi pond and several courtyards. From construction of the original Manor House all the way up to the creation of Whitehead Manor as it is today.
Use of the entire conference center, manor house and grounds. Includes all of the common areas on our three-acre estate including wraparound porches, courtyard, patio, gazebo, and other open spaces. If you choose to have your ceremony onsite, you will rent the facility out for the entire day. If you do not have a ceremony onsite, you will be allotted a 10-hour time frame.
A productive, low-distraction and high service space for your organization's offsite event. Going off-site to work on projects and outcomes is quite often a popular use for our spaces. Teams enjoy that they can focus on the task at hand while all of their daily necessities are taken care of by our amazing staff.
The Manor provides the perfect atmosphere to connect with friends, family, or colleagues for any occasion. Our expansive courtyards and porches create the perfect setting to connect and mingle. Host a dinner before your special day under the stars. Our center courtyard with wraparound porches is the perfect place to host your family and friends.

We cannot recommend Whitehead Manor enough! They feel like family now after planning, rescheduling, and re-planning our wedding over the past year. Whitehead’s staff could not have been more flexible or committed to making our wedding day a success.

This is an AMAZING venue! Keegan and the staff here have been incredible to work with. Many spaces inside and out to have different stations, bars, photo booths, etc. The string lights over the courtyard are beautiful at night. Plenty of parking. Good back of house parking and room to work. Highly recommend!! I have to throw in a great word for La-te-das catering and Creative Events Charlotte that set up and served at the event.

We got married at Whitehead Manor and could not have dreamed of a better day! Everything we envisioned for our day came to life at Whitehead Manor and it was perfect. Not only was the day great, working with this staff on planning and day-of-details was stress free and as a bride, thats a huge gift! Also, the grounds are beautiful, ceremony to reception flowed nicely, and the best part was when our guests would tell us “I can’t believe we’re in the middle of Charlotte!”. If the photos you see of Whitehead Manor is the vibe you are going for, I HIGHLY recommend because it’s what you will

We got married here in April 2019 and it was amazing. The venue and staff did a great job and made it so easy on us. I grew up behind this venue my whole life and never thought about this place but glad we did it here. The property is so spacious and very nice. If anybody is looking to do an event or wedding here you cannot go wrong with Whitehead Manor.

Our day at Whitehead Manor was absolutely perfect. We knew from the moment we toured the venue that it was the perfect place for us. Their entire staff is so friendly and accommodating, they really make you feel like family- and the space is absolutely beautiful. We had so many friends and family come from out of town, and they all commented on how gorgeous the space was. We had looked around at a few other venues, but there's something about Whitehead Manor that just feels so special.
