I absolutely love this place! Having a membership for las extensions saves money, and you can schedule ahead with the application. Every time I come in, I’m always greeted by the ladies at the desk and they are always very friendly and efficient. I only go to Tay for my lashes. Sometimes I don’t even know what I want but Tay reads my mind. She’s always so friendly and I love going to her. She isn’t like other lash artists I’ve seen before. I went to the Rainbow salon. It is the perfect salon. It looks and feels like pure Luxury. I had my lashes done for the first time and the work was impeccable!! Sepia was my stylist and she truly knows her stuff. Personal advice... Be incredibly clear on what you want. Make it VERY clear what you expect to see in the result before you even begin. I intend on going weekly. I really like this place!

I am typically a classic lash girl, but I love the option to upgrade and try a different lash look! For the holidays I tried featherized lashes, and I even had to try a new lash artist (because of a conflict with my schedule). As expected she was very kind, professional and accommodating. I love the ability to go the app and see what days and times work for me. While it was a fun new lash look, I’m just a classic lash girl at heart.

I really like the artists ALOT! The problem is that they have increased their prices, started a membership and added an extra $10 for having an appointment on a weekend. I have been going to Cherry Lash for over 5 years and love the service but due to all the increases and weird membership, extra fee and such, it has left me wanting to move on.

I love going to Cherry. They don't treat me any differently there than they do anyone else. All of the artists are always so sweet. Jasmine does such a beautiful job on my nails. If there ever is a problem with my lashes Cherry usually does whatever they can to make sure I am happy. If I ever do end up moving I will miss this business so very much! I always look forward to going to my appointments at Cherry and would recommend them to anyone that wants a wonderful nail experience or a great eyelash extension experience!

I've been coming to Cherry Lash at least over 5 years. And today is the day I part ways. They now charge loyal clients and additional $20 weekend fee. Are you serious??!!! Mind you, there were NO advanced notice that this was there new company policy. Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. So basically you are told you have an additional charge after your appointment has been completed. Nothing mentioned prior to your appointment. The check in and check out receptionist can only say sorry. You lost my business and my families business. Shame on you.

Well, thank you cherry lash lounge for choosing now (in the middle of a national pandemic) to raise your already astronomical prices. It would cost me close to $1,000 to have my lashes there a month. That is way way way to high. I'm sorry, I'm not made of money. I also have been just like everyone else forced to back slide my expenses due to covid. I am just insulted that you would raise your prices at such a time. I loved my lash gal there .but I simply cannot support a business that chooses to RAISE prices amid Covid-19. That is the insult here.

I had the best first time experience with Haeli! She made me feel comfortable, welcome and was very sweet in general! I also like how she took her time and answered any questions I had about the process.
Cherry Lash itself is super cute, clean, and has a clean restroom (which is always a plus! Lol). I highly recommend Haeli Witz!
(Even though Im sure there are many lash experts here that are well trained).

Taylor gave me a courtesy phone call to try and understand the situation more clear. She was very understanding and assured me that she had spoken to the employees involved as well so this doesn't happen again. I appreciate her professionalism as she followed up with my review. Update: I have seen returned many times to Cherry Lash and I'm now a regular client. I have been very impressed with the level of customer service from every department. It took a couple tries, but I found my go-to lash master. She is phenomenal.
I think I might suggest for new clients who are not well versed in lash terms to start with a master. If you know exactly what you want and how you want it, I'm confident an artist and maybe even an apprentice will get the job done. When I was first faced with all the choices... natural, makeup, dramatic.. featherized.. cat eye.. wispy... etc

I love Cherry lash! I started coming here in 2011 and Roger was my go to... I ended up moving to La and could not find anyone that could do lashes as good as Cherry Lash lounge. When i moved back to Vegas recently, i was so excited to see Cherry Lash still in business and Roger still working! I really wish that he was at the Henderson location since that is closest to me, but I did go to Kayla and she did a great job! I Love my lashes!

Most places have a 24 hour no water period - this place you have to wait 48 hours and if you even touch your lashes once in those 48 hours they'll say it's not their fault.
Also this "featherized" or "classic" option is totally made up. They are the first lash studio to ever featured such an absurd claim.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look elsewhere ladies - this shop is ripping you off and their lash glue sucks all the way - try lash daddy instead y'all - I can't believe the audacity of this shop smh
