She stole my friend money for classes and threatened to sue her if she left a review which she can't sue anyone over their opinion on her customer service and instructor skill. From day one she was unprofessional and had a snotty attitude. ShayShay from Chicago travels and holds classes for way cheaper. If anyone is interested in the Info inbox me.

My eyelashes were extremely stuck, I had them for a day and a huge clump fell out. I tried to call them but they never called me back, I was so disappointed & they were very painful, eventually they all fell out & I was very upset..

DO NOT come to this place! I got my lashes done here, volume set, i've been getting lashes for a long time and when I scheduled the appointment they told me I scheduled for a " classic volume" WHICH DOESNT EXIST! & then we went on to do a hybrid or whatever the hell they did to my poor eyes! they were extremely stuck everywhere. I told her " they're stuck in the middle & the sides " and she said they weren't, mind you they were hurting me as soon as she finished & her glue was SO STRONG it was tingling my nose.... Hm. They are also extremely EXPENSIVE

A big trick with their deal in Groupon.... It’s very clear that you can buy up to 3 times per person... And she’s talking about their policy... Make it clear to Groupon not a false information for the deal... Why will I buy for somebody to use it... Just tell there one per person.. And they just did mine like 20 minutes like nothing going on with the eyelashes when she sees it’s from Groupon last time.... Never come over a big joke deal!!!! Don’t put your deal In Groupon it’s very tricky or close your place ...Waste of time !

Decided to give this business a try because they had a special for $99 for volume full set. Wish I would have listened to the poor reviews! On their website it states "individual lashes on each lash" but the tech who applied my lashes put the lashes on what seemed like every other lash. Usually when I get my lashes done it takes over an hour, this tech was done in less than 30 minutes. Let me start off by saying "you get what you pay for", I did a Groupon package for the 27.00 or something like that for the classic lash and when I went in I upgraded to the classic volume. The lash girl was nice and the front desk was sweet and this was my first time. I LOVE LASH VEGAS! When I first visited, I was new to false lashes and Kiran, the owner, explained how the process works each step of the way and even taught me how to maintain my lashes to last. I prefer a natural lash and they came out amazing every time.
I also had my brows microbladed at Lash Vegas. AMAZING! Check out the pics. I get so many compliments on my brows. The process was quick and relatively painless. Kiran explained how my brows should heal, explained how I could take care of them, and provided me with a grapeseed oil to use.

I hope people read the reviews. Terrible Groupon to get you hooked then you end up with less than what you pay for. Only one technician working at a time. You never get the same technician twice and they cancel appointments on you regularly. I was so glad when my 3 fill Groupon was over! The owner is very unprofessional and I don't think this business will last into 2021. I feel bad for the employees though.

Impeccable lashes by Kiran every single time... She also microbladed my brows and I'm in love... the place is such a vibe and the staff are always so cheerful and friendly... never going anywhere else even though I live way across town... worth the drive!!!

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for years! Kiran does such a great job! We’ve talked about how I like them to look- like I have an amazing mascara on and not fake (which she’s done- I get asked all the time what mascara I’m using). I highly recommend Lash Vegas!

Got a Groupon for a "volume" set but it wasn't. I've had lashes done many times on the east and west coast so I know the difference between volume and classic, which is what they really were even though the tech tried to convince me otherwise. However, almost 4 weeks later, they still look bomb so kudos. Most of the lashes are still there.

The place was clean and nice enough. My only issue was the glue. The fumes were so strong I was barely able to breathe. Having a mask on the whole time only made it worse. Although she did a great job, the glue was too much.

On Groupon they list volume lashes . When you get there they refer to them as volume classic , which doesn't exist . Classic is single , volume are 3 for anyone that gets lashes .
They are giving less then what classic actually is just to get you in . Horrible place don't waste your money ! The people they have working were very nice so it was hard to be rude but the owner needs to know I will tell everyone how horrible they are .

I figure I'd leave my good experience, since I too was hesitant upon reading the reviews. I bought the groupon deal which is an amazing price! I went in with low expectations after reading the reviews but was totally blown away! Beau did my lashes. She did an amazing job! I got exactly what I asked for NATURAL. They're holding strong, they have survived 30 hours of airplane mode and 2 days in humid Bangkok weather and only one lash has fallen, I have no complaints. I would 100% recommend. I know I'm not a lash technician, nor am I claiming I'm one. I wanted to get my lashes done for a music festival this week, and I saw a groupon with an amazing deal for $60 volume lashes. I thought this was too good to be true, turns out it was. I got there and I asked for Russian volume, the technician Beau said it was a $25 upcharge which was okay for making my lashes look prettier, and she did my lashes. Don't buy it at Groupon :( I know we all wanna save money as possible. But if we are getting treated of what we paid for. Is totally wrong.
I believe it was the owner that did my lashes.
She did it so quick like 15 mins only.
Normally for regular lashes is atleast 30 to 50 mins
And my lashes was horrible.
nobody even noticed it that I got it done.
She was too focus on upgrading me

I purchased a Full set volume of Lash extensions through Groupon. Scheduling wasn't bad like what I've read here and they seemed friendly.
