When I moved to Vegas 2 and a half years ago, I started getting my lashes done at LivBay (it was Sassy Lashes then). I've continued to go there, and honestly, never looked into any other salon. I thought it was just issues with my sensitive eyes that made my lashes fall out so much that I couldn't make it to the 2 week mark without looking sparse and weird (yes, I use the lash bath everyday and keep my hands away from my eyes) so I go just about every 10-12 days or so. I had an appointment today, but woke up (during a raging pandemic) with a low fever and scratchy throat. I cancelled

This company has a very strict timeliness policy as it pertains to customers but not themselves. If you are even 5 minutes late (and call), they will deduct that time from your lash time (still taking full payment); however, when lash artists take you back late, they still stop at the end of your appointment time (although claiming they don’t do this). While I’m sure it’s frustrating for staff when people are late, part of running a business is dealing with annoyances and providing some leniency to your paying customers. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment! I had two appointments scheduled in the same week unbeknownst to me and was charged a $50 missed appointment fee! The so called manager was rude and unhelpful with trying to assist and understand the fact that I had mistakenly been double booked! Management seems eager to charge fees without looking deep into the possible miscommunication and fails to follow up. Whoever the manager is at the Henderson location, she needs to be replaced or sent back to customer service training 101. I am happily taking my business elsewhere. Sorry Micki you were

I was able to drop in for a 30 min session to fill in the lashes I lost from another salon! I love this spot! All the girls have their own room. I think I say Hannah or Anne. I can't remember. Red head tho! And she was AMAZING!
She made me look so good! I will definitely be coming back.

I needed a quick fill and it had to be today. I was so excited when they said they could fit me in. I made an appointment for the evening and had texts of it. When I showed up for my appointment, whoever I talked to didn’t schedule me. Even though I had the texts confirming the appointment, they couldn’t get me in. Very disappointed.

I've been coming here for over 5 months now since I moved to Las Vegas. I like the lash artist that did my lashes. However i just experienced something that I got so disappointed yesterday. They called me at 7:30am saying that my lash artist had to leave and asked if I could reschedule. I had to be out of town the next day, so I needed my eyelash filled by that day. She booked me at another location which was 40 mins drive from my house mentioning it was on the same day. I was ok with that. Don’t plan on booking unless you are sure you can go. I was able to book a last minute appt for the next day. The front desk asked if I could put a $25 deposit down that would go towards the service. 5-10 minutes later I called to cancel the appt I had just made due to a schedule conflict and they told me that the deposit was non refundable. She said she would ask her manager and would call me back but they never did. They should allow a grace period for appts just made. Go somewhere else!

LivBay is the absolute best. I cannot say enough great things about the lash artist. I've used so many of them and always have great results. I also love the availability that they offer as my schedule changes all the time and being able to switch from early in the morning to late at night is amazing . You can't get that anywhere else.

I went in on August 27 to do a removal of lash extensions I had gotten from somewhere else to start fresh at this lash place. I got a classic fill. I thought the customer service was great, the front desk girls as well as my lash artist. I liked the end result, but my lashes didn't last even a week. It also took 3 hours to do which I didn't notice while in the chair. I lost almost half the inner corner of my right eye before week 1. I know we have a 3 day grace period where we can go in and have a touch up, but I shouldn't have to with less than a week. I has written a review prior

This place is ridiculous, they try to upsell and
ask you to do higher services even though I refused for so many times. I ask the technician to do Wet Look, but they give me an attitude like I know nothing...Before the day of my appointment, they called me for 4 times in a day just to ask me for $25 deposit, and keep texting me...I felt so annoying. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Let me start by saying a $285 lash service should last longer than one day. I went in on Thursday morning to get my lashes done and by the next day I could count how many lashes were left on my eyes. Not to mention my tech was on the phone ON SPEAKER for the duration of my appointment. Im a busy woman. I work everyday all day so I was unable to fly back down there for 15 min touch up the next day. (Although I'd need more like an hour for my lashes)

Was really excited to get my eyelashes done especially because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience as my technician got the chemical in my left eye. This resulted in me going to Urgent Care the next morning and then the eye doctors. Total cost was about $400 for lashes and unexpected aftercare. I understand I signed a waiver and that you do not do refunds but anxiety got the best of me and I won't return for the "complimentary full set". I asked for compensation at their hair salon instead and was offered one blowout. No thank you

I want to start off by saying that the fact that I'm taking the time to write this review tells you how upset I am because normally I wouldn't . Thursday 7/1 I called at 2:30 on my way to work to make an appointment for Friday at 3:00 later that evening while at work I received a text from the receptionist not the automated service asking if I would be interested in switching my appointment to 2:00 . Good place to book a last minute appointment, since they are open from 7am-11pm and have multiple rooms/lash artists. However, the experience is very hit and miss. Most of the time they rush through the whole process and you end up up with underwhelming, not so full lashes. Booked an appointment recently since a lash artist that I normally go to was booked up for the whole week. Now I wish I had waited, I paid $100 and a bunch of lashes fell out literally right after the appointment when I got to my car.

I had an appointment for my lashes yesterday, the tech that helped me was not at all personable. She had a very “whatever” kind of attitude. Her names Sky I’ve been getting my lashes done for a while and she took an extra long time on my right eye. She kept using her tools and they were causing pain. Felt like pinching. I was in the chair for a while and she kept working on just one area. After a while I asked what was going on ? She said she was making a “repair”. She then proceeded to do the other side. She breezed through the left side and when it came time to remove the safety pads

Teuila is amazing, I've only been to one other person other than her at a different lash place and never again. I never know what I want and I let her do what she feels would look best and she never lets me down. I have to go weekly because i don't know how to properly take care of my lashes but Teuila has been educating me and each week my lashes last a day or two longer lol it's only $40 weekly, $150 for mixed full set and $75 for mixed fills. Super cute and cheek. And affordable. I got the mixed set, which in SD we call it a hybrid set. They also offer $10 1st time clients. How ever if you do need a full set be prepared to stay for about 2hrs. That was the only down fall as u had .y kids waiting for me and wasn't prepared for the max was an hr. I thought. But my lash artist was able to get me out in under 2hrs. Will be going back for my fills.

So after posting this review I was contacted by Vanna the Area Manager to correct the situation. I advised her that my experience should at the very least be used as a learning tool. Instead of an area manager discovering my issues on Yelp the receptionist maybe should have escalated it internally. However I got in to see Dakota whom I LOVE to fill my lashes in and make things right! My lashes of course are now fuller like they are supposed to be and b-e-a-utiful! Thank you Dakota if you choose to go here I recommend booking with her
