SUBMISSIONS - any interested talent should submit through our website's online application. The pictures you submit are very important - they should be professional (if you have them) or very clean digital pictures that showcase you well. No pictures in hats, sunglasses or filters (these submissions will often get passed over).
Headshots specifically shouldn't be too tight - we need room in each image to crop if needed;vertical images are best, though a few horizontal shot will work. We need at least one serious shot and one smiling shot (showing your teeth); three-quarter length or full-body shots are always helpful. Simplicity is key for headshot wardrobe: the focus in your headshot should be squarely on you: not your clothes.
