I had a townhouse at Scottsdale, AZ. Since Jim took over to manage it 3 years ago, I’m worry free. Jim and his team did a great job on everything including finding a good tenant, move-in move out transition, repairs etc. Whenever I had a question, Jim will always respond in a timely manner. We've used Keyrenter for years and have been extremely pleased. Dena has been extremely responsive and keeps us in the loop on all things requiring our attention. After experiencing less than average service in the Albuquerque area, I was not looking forward to out of state property management.

Jim has been my PM since I purchased my property and turned it into a rental (4 years). He's always been good about getting back to me when I have questions. We started with long term rentals and then we furnished it and switched to short term. For both types, he's been successful at keeping it rented over 90% of the time. He's thorough at screening potential renters. To date, renters have always paid on time and taken good care of my property and left it in good condition. I would recommend Jim and Keyrenter to anyone.
