Alexis was the perfect recruiter for me. I am new to travel a didn’t have a great experience with my first try at a recruiter. I told Alexis my issues and my wants. She listened to every detail and worked very hard to get me what I wanted. She was very transparent which I appreciated. She understands the physical and emotional toll nursing takes and works hard to match you with a good fit to give you the best work/life balance. I would recommend her to all my friends.

I have been working for Aya Healthcare since April 2021. Quitting my staff nursing job to travel has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. & my recruiter Dani Holzmann has made the process so easy for me! When I first started she made things easy to understand as I didn’t really know what to expect. She is very responsive and helpful and checks in to make sure I’m doing alright every now and then. Such an amazing agency to work for. They always have your back and will get you connected with the best and highest paying assignments out there. I could not recommend them more. Ali Zane Pelbath specifically is an incredible recruiter. If you use her you will not be disappointed. She is thorough, precise, and efficient like no other recruiter I have experienced. From day one my recruiter, Harrison Seward, has been available and by my side each step of the way. He has guided me seamlessly, taking care of all the road bumps, into the world of the unknown for me- travel nursing. He has given me advice, listened to what I wanted and needed out of contracts and delivered every time, even if I ask for something I know is not what I want or what is best for me- Harrison knows. As far as Aya goes, I have no complaints. I have been paid on time, every time & for the appropriate hours.

I truly can not say enough wonderful things about Aya! I was a staff nurse at a world renowned hospital for 5 yrs when I was finally ready to take the leap. I was fortunate enough to get an incredible recruiter (Sarah Koenig) who immediately helped get me everything I wanted in my first assignment. Aya Healthcare has been a fantastic team to work with! Starting as a first time traveler, I was extremely nervous it would be a difficult transition, but my recruiter Ali Zane made the transition a breeze! I always feel comfortable asking any questions, my contracts/onboarding process have been very straight forward, and I get weekly check ins from Ali to make sure things are going well. I traveled back in 2012-2013 through Aya with my recruiter Ali Zane, who was referred to me by another traveler I met at my hospital. I've only had positive experiences with her and her company. Choosing to work with Aya for my first assignment has been an amazing experience! I was assigned the best recruiter Jen Rincon. She has been able to quickly help me find assignments that fit my needs and skill set. Jen is extremely quick to respond to my many calls, texts and emails. She will even reach out to other Aya team members like my Credentialing Specialist to make sure all of my clearances are completed on time so my start dates are not delayed.
