I have been bringing my car here for many years and have always been given good service at a reasonable price. Went to AZ auto repair for years and never had an issue. Went to a different place about 2 years ago because it was closer to my home who were good for the first year then got sold. New owners prices started to grow and things just felt wrong.
We are located on Crismon Rd, just north of Ocotillo, in Queen Creek, AZ. There is only a one mile stretch of Crismon in Queen Creek and our shop is on it! We have a big blue and yellow building(featured in the picture to the left), we are located on the west side of the road. Our address is 21616 S. Crismon Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.

The purpose of your radiator is to keep coolant flowing throughout your engine. If there is a blockage or a leak, your engine can quickly overheat and your vehicle will break down. Coolant leaks are caused by cracked or ill-fitting hoses or a hole in the radiator itself. Radiator metal is thin and easily damaged, but the number one cause of coolant leaks is corrosion.

My AC was stopping completely from time to time, everything stopped, the inside fan, the compressor, everything. Then it would restart a little while later. The car was a collector car and I don't let just anyone work on it but after talking to them I felt very comfortable.
I do 99% of the work on my cars but I don't have the AC equipment so I scheduled an appointment for AC service. I figured it was the pressure safety switch automatically turning the system off (If the Freon is low and the pressure rises too high the system is designed to turn off rather than blow a hole in a line

(Worth the read if you are considering coming to this shop). This place is absolutely TERRIBLE for many reasons. My 17 year old boyfriend took his truck in to get fixed and Randy and his employees came to the conclusion that if they gave him a new rear end that his truck would be working perfectly fine, which was not the case. They gave him a new rear end and it fixed absolutely nothing and actually caused his truck more problems. When we asked Randy to prove that the rear end was new, he said he wouldn't prove it to us and that if we really wanted him to, we would have to PAY him even more

My husband asked me to write this review specifically about the customer service he received from Randy at AZ Auto. My husband's car has been out of commission for weeks since he doesn't really use it and we've been on the go. One day coming out of work his car wouldn't start so we called AAA to have it jumped and/or towed back to our apartment, the AAA guy told it was the starter and towed it for us. My husband called around to a few places but I believe AZ Auto had been recommended to him by a co-worker and when he spoke to Randy, informing him he was told it was the starter

We had a breakdown on the road and contacted AAA for a tow and a repair shop. AZ was recommended and we surely appreciate their service. The problem was diagnosed and a part ordered for next day delivery and installation. We were naturally concerned about progress as we needed to stay in a hotel and rent a car while repairs were done. All calls were answered directly and not sugar coated. The repairs was completed as quickly as the part was delivered and we were back on the road. They even gave us a 10% discount on the labor as a tribute to my veteran status. Could not have had a better experience

Today, Wednesday July 12, 2017, I took a vehicle into Randy's place to have his people look at a vehicle that I was looking at to buy for my daughter so she could have a good vehicle to take to ASU.
Right away he did not like the vehicle because he knew what kind it was and how much trouble it would be for my daughter. I listened to him because of his honesty and expertise. Thank you Randy and Stephanie.

Took my car here with a coolant leak. I had been re-filling coolant in the car for a couple of months. Took it to Az auto repair and was told the radiator was clogged, needed a radiator and a new thermostat, cost approx $450. I took it to another mechanic who tested it and said the radiator was actually clear and not clogged at all! He replaced the thermostat for $100 and the car is running great.

As of 10-13-16 I was able to get the alignment on my car corrected by Randy. I was told the sensor had gone out on there machine was why the alignment on my car was so terrible. Before they worked on my car they had recalibrate the machine. I do not for one minute believe this excuse. If Randy had driven my car as he said he did he would have known how bad it was. He has done nothing but lie to me. Right here and now I want to give a hugh THANK YOU to Stamps NAPA on Combs Road, Queen Creek for their help or this issue would not be resolved. I feel terrible that I have been remiss in providing feedback on AZ Auto Repair! It has been a couple of weeks that AZ Auto worked on my wife's BMW!

Beware of excessive overcharging by this place. I took my car (small block chevy engine) here to have an oil leak repaired. They charged me $489.01 to replace an oil pan gasket , oil filter adapter and oil change plus 3.5 hrs labor. Helen Keller could have done it in half that time. Other shops in the area estimate I was over charged about $200. Sad thing is it is leaking again in the same area. I would not recommend using this repair shop.

New owners prices started to grow and things just felt wrong. When I got an estimate for $1500 for repairs to my daughters car we went back to AZ Auto Repair and got quote for $320.00. Randy and his crew fixed her up and it has been running great for last 9 months. I take my Toyota there for Checkups and minor repairs, it's running great even with 325,000 miles on it. Thanks Randy for being honest and reasonable

Just picked up my truck from them yesterday it had problems after our big storm last week.....runs perfect again!
I have taken a couple of my cars here for repair and service and I would HIGHLY Recommend them for any of your vehicle maintenance and repairs. They are honest, reliable and professional and fast. Finding a great mechanic is always tough and to me a stressful thing to do my search is over this is my GO TO guy for my cars. Randy, his daughter and crew are great people and really know what they're doing take your car here and see for yourself.. You won't be disappointed! .

I tried AZ Auto Repairs just recently and found them to be very honest and reliable and had my car service for replacement of brake pads, and rotor's. The reason I can say they are honest is I keep a complete history of my car in detail of all repairs done to it, and the recommenced repair down the road. So before I enter the door I knew exactly was was needed to be done. I also found Randy the owner and the girl at the front desk to polite and friendly.
Here's the part that could of been better for Queen Creek people to know. The hourly rate for the job is very high
