Where do I begin? I have a stubborn Jeep Liberty, I went to h & I automotive today and they were absolutely amazing! They are so honest! I swear I was expecting to go in today and the bill being so high I would have to sell my first born child . Lol ( kidding ) they were honest and fixed the problem Immediately !!!! And I didn't have to sell my first born !!! (( kidding again)) . CHRIS (owner) helped me out. Took my Chevy Colorado here in hopes of having my speedometer recalibrated after an unsuccessful attempt at another mechanic shop who claimed to have done the job, only to find out they did not. I had recently put bigger tires on my truck, thus throwing off the MPH by about 4 miles. I called H&I and spoke to Steve, who said no problem, if they could do it right away, he wouldn't even charge me. I brought the truck in - and right away Spencer went to work on it. It ended up being a bit more involved, but rather than bringing it back another day, Spencer said it I didn't mind waiting

Worst experience of my life, Took my car in because the ac fan was intermittent. The company replaced the blower motor resistor and charged me $461.00 and the fan motor is still not working. This part + pigtail with a guarantee on the internet is $30.66 a large difference. And the fan still doesn't work, so I am out $461.00 and I am still looking for a shop to fix my car. Needless to say I will be passing this information on to anyone I can! Since I wrote this I found a shop that could fix my car, I reported to him the information that I was told by H&I that my AC had mysteriously stopped

These gentlemen are the nicest to deal with. They checked our car out today and were very professional about the results of the diagnostic test. I appreciate this type of service and know if I go in to have them check a problem, they aren't going to see how much they can wrack a bill up.

Took my RAM 2500 in for an alignment after new tires. They were VERY knowledgeable and very professional. They gave plenty of updates on the progress and the before and after link to the actual alignment is outstanding! Looks like I found and new place for the automotive repairs that I can't do!!! I don't usually write reviews but taking your vehicle here is a great idea. The guys are straight up with you and show you the details of what's going on with your ride. They take before and after pictures of everything they do so that you don't have to worry about being ripped off. I highly recommend giving thus place a try.

Great Company, My dad knows a few of the guys there so when I needed car repairs this is where he told me to go! Best place ever. They are super awesome and efficient! VERY reasonably priced and are honest about the work you need. They use this cool app that tells you the process of the work being done on the car and then give you a photograph synopsis of their findings! All in text! I def recommend this place to everyone!

Since I made the switch to H&I I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They've maintained and repaired all of my vehicles with great care and honestly. Routine maintenance is a given, but when something on my SUV was in need of repair, they did everything necessary to diagnose it properly and only charge me for the portions of the repairs that were needed. I highly recommend Spenser and his guys at H&I for any vehicle issues one may have. They truly stand by their name Honesty & Integrity!

Professionalism, honesty and personable service. How hard is it to find that in a company these days? I have being going to H & I since the day they opened and nothing has changed. Every time I am there I am greeted by a friendly face. Once my vehicle is complete I get a full rundown of everything that was done (in English, not mechanic jargon) to my ride and a full report on all the other systems that were tested. I found this company initially on Yelp being new to AZ and the area. I wish I could give them more stars such an amazing place and they make myself and my son feel like we're back at home. They now do full service detailing and auto washing perfect for the fact my truck is lifted and hard to find a car wash to accommodate the lift and big tires!!! HIGHLY recommend H & I !!!!!!!!

Fantastic work honest reliable auto work. I was taking my car to the dealership to get my auto work done. Car wouldn't start one morning. Couldn't pay for the long tow a cross town. Found this place on yelp and it was much closer to my home. they got my care fixed the same day. When I went to pick it up got to meet the manager and one of the mechanics. Very honest and nice people.

We were passing through Mesa in June when the AC in our 2010 Volvo died. The temperature was in triple digits. Chris and his team provided timely and terrific service. Not only that but the price we were charged was below the price Chris originally quoted to us. Chris was able to find the part at a lower price and passed on the savings to us. On top of that the work performed is backed by a nationwide guarantee. I can't recommend H&I highly enough.

I was gonna pay $8300 for a car that "looked clean" when it was actually worth about $7200. We came in at four and spencer stayed until 6 (an hour after closing) to show us EVERYTHING and help us come up with negotiating tactics. They check the car efficiently and Spencer's customer service is excellent and dealing with him is a pleasure!
