Where can I find an honest mechanic? Look no further you've found THE ONE! Took my car to Bill because the engine was making a knocking sound. Thinking of the worse and it was true I needed a new engine. Bill went above and beyond and found out I had a recall on my car. Long story short I got a new engine and paid $0!

I was extremely happy with taking my car to Bills. My serpentine belt fell off and he could not find anything else wrong with my car that caused it to break off and yet did not try to push any other work. EXTREMELY offordable! Nice people! Offered a oil change while in shop. Dog Fritz welcomes you so added plus! Will definently be back

We had our vehicle towed to Bill's Garage. All I can say is I won't go anywhere else from now on. This is hands down the best mechanic shop in the entire area. Fast service well, it took longer to find a tow truck company through my roadside assistance service then it took for Bill to find the issue and fix it. fix. It Super friendly, even asked if I wanted my oil changed because it was almost due. Just simply a great place to do business.

Very rude over the phone. I asked him if he could give me ballpark figures for a truck that I was going to pick up and his response was
" No" . I told him of course you have to see it first? He said yes he can't help me over the phone. He said " number one I don't know your name and number 2 I haven't seen the vehicle" .......I actually hung up after that. His tone was way off and there's too many mechanics out there for him to be talking to people like that over the phone I understand that you need to see the vehicle but being a legit mechanic if I give

I've always been skeptical taking my vehicles to auto shops and fearing the worst. Bill's was completely opposite of what I've ever experienced. They had my truck diagnosed after a couple of hours. Told me how much it'll cost to fix and it was very reasonably priced. My truck has 330,000 miles so obviously I was expecting a giant list of things needed to be repaired or they couldn't do it but that wasn't the case with Bill! They had my truck completely fixed in the same day. I finally found my go-to mechanic! Will be using them every time in the future.

We had received a few different quotes for repairs from other shops. After a move to the valley and reading the reviews for Bill's Auto Garage, we blindly took our vehicle in for the expected repairs. When we received the final quote (and it was 4-5 times less than we expected!!), we were thrilled. The vehicle is 20 years old and drives like it's brand new. We will DEFINITELY be back, but hopefully not anytime soon Thank you Bill and Tom!

We have taken 3 cars to Bill's Auto Garage over the past few moths and have had excellent service. I don't usually write reviews but his thoroughness and attention to detail has inspired me to write this.
Just before a recent long road trip my son-in-law's car developed a strange noise upon acceleration. I couldn't figure it out so we took it to Bill's. I think Bill is a very honest man and here is my story. One day I kept loosing my coolant, I kept refilling it then stopped in to see Bill. As it ended up it was a lot worse than I expected. Bill quoted me just off the wall around a $1000. So when I went to pick up my truck he said, he had some good news it was only $600. Who does that??? Bill did that!! Then I had my truck serviced and Tom, Bill's son found that there was a leak in my water pump so they said it should be fixed asap. We scheduled it for Monday morning. Great honest service
Bill and his son's took good care of our Honda. We got our timing belt changed for much less than we were quoted at some of the other shops around Queen Creek. They found a couple of other things that needed fixed and it didnt add much to our bill. We can drive our Pilot on trips again and not worry.

Wow! The heat is unbearable right now. My AC would work in the morning but once the heat increased throughout the day the AC would turn off. This was more than frustrating! After visiting other shops in town, I just wasn't confident in what I was hearing. I gave Bill a call to see what he thought. Bill took the time to explain the process they use in detail to troubleshoot AC problems. After setting an appointment and taking my vehicle in, he and his team diagnosed the problem and repaired it within the estimate they provided. Bill himself took the time to explain different possibilities and some of the diagnostic process that would ensure getting the problem fixed at the source. Great experience. My 2011 Nissan Juke busted a drive chain and they didn't b.s. me. Told me straight up that it was going to be expensive to fix. Then Bill, found an open service ticket from Nissan about my car and called around to see if it'd be covered. Long story short Nissan replaced my engine and turbo at no cost to me. Bill and tom are fantastic business owners that truly live up to their motto of, "Fix it Right the First Time". I have had work done on my personal vehicle and my work truck. They were able to save me hundreds of dollars when they fixed my heater in my personal truck. Additionally, when they performed an oil change on my work truck they inspected the entire vehicle. Fortunately, they took the time to test my battery and quickly found out that it was almost dead. The battery was still under warranty and was replaced at no charge to me. Thank you Bill and tom for a job well done!

I have been going to bills auto for approximately two years now. Living in Mesa to go see your mechanic in Queen Creek speaks volume in itself. Bills philosophy is fix it right the first time.what I like most is that he doesn't waste time guessing or using the process of elimination to diagnose the vehicles he services. I have no problem referring to him to family friends associates and customers.

Bill worked on all 4 of my vehicles this week and I was very pleased. He was upfront about what needed to be done with each one, double checked one of is own past recommendations and realized that it was a different problem/solution that actually saved me money. And on my truck with 370k miles he worked with me to keep it running without costing a fortune. Highly highly highly recommend Bill's Auto, he fixes it right the first time.

I am extremely happy with Bills Auto. I am single and therefore am usually taken for a ride as far as prices. I have had to take my car to bill on 3 separate occasions and each one was reasonable and I did not feel taken advantage of. He gets the job done quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend him! On a scale of 1-10, ten being the best I would give him 12. He is great!!!

We have been burned by mechanics too many times in the past which is why we won't take our vehicles anywhere but to Bill's Auto Garage...and their shop is not close to us.
