At Caldwell Property Managmeent, we don't just do property management in the Phoenix Metro area and Tucson, we also have a team of licensed Real Estate agents to help you buy and sell investment properties. After the real estate market crashed starting in 2007 and bottoming in 2010 there has been slow but steady recovery in the Real Estate market.
Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.

We have two properties that are managed by Caldwell Property management. I am very impressed with them. Susie who is my agent is wonderful. She responds to my queries right away; if it is something she cannot answer, will direct to the right person. If we need to do repairs, will give us quotes right away. When they communicate with their different dept about any issue with your propert, you will be always in the loop. Without me asking they will look into comps and adjust rent accordingly every year. If we have an issue with tenant, they are quick to address it. They also will do inspection once

There is good service and then there is exceptional service. From every perspective Caldwell falls into the exceptional category. Communication is clear and timely. I have been working with Caldwell for over a decade and their service is incredible. I live in a different a state from where my property is located. I receive notices promptly when there is a situation that requires attention. I also receive detailed statements at the end of each month and yearly for tax purposes. I am very satisfied with Caldwell.

Caldwell is one stop of managing your investments Phoenix area. I have been with them for around 7 years, and i have not had more than 2 months of total vacancy in these many years. With my great experience, i only added my other property i had under their management.

The staff support of Wendy and Suzie is great. I had done issue with their sales agent earlier, but when Suzie took over, that issue is also taken care of. Their service director , Wendy Tanner is awesome

Caldwell property management took over managing the property I live at almost a year into the lease and my experience with them has been nothing but positive.
