They did a poor value of my home costing me a refinance. They stated in my report that the market value had increased. But was in aware another appraiser had did a appraisal only a few months earlier and my home appraised for 55,000 more. The worst money I have ever spent then when my current bank attempted to challenge them as the compared my home with smaller ones. They refused to adjust to houses admitting they were wrong. Avoid these people at all cost even if your lender say you have them refuse till they give you a quality appraisal team/company.

Jessie is exceptional to work with. I appreciate her thoroughness and respect of my home while she here. She let me know when she was arriving so that I could have my dogs crated and she was there right on time. Hopefully I won't need another appraisal anytime soon but if I do I would definitely use Gold Star appraisals.
