We just moved to a new house a few months ago, and set up a bunch of appointments for standard household fixtures such as window treatments, water softeners, landscape etc. Morgan from JMK was the ONLY person who showed up to this appointment on time, looked professional, had samples and tape measure, etc. We had 9 different appointments with other window companies and Morgan stood out and went above and beyond to make up feel comfortable with booking a company and spending a small fortune for window treatments.

We had Morgan come and help us with our Consultation. She is a sweetheart, very knowledgeable of the product and is very easy to work with. JMK Shutters is a misnomer of sorts because they sell more than just shutters. I purchased honeycomb shades through them for my place in Mountain View. The appointment process was easy, and the staff were so accommodating since my schedule was so tight. Morgan arrived on time, was very professional, and her experience showed in her preparation, measuring and knowledge of the products and color palettes. She even reminded me that colors will change in different lights. She was patient and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. This is a very customer service-oriented company which I highly recommend

I called JMK Shutters because of its great reviews here, so I need to make sure I write about my own experience. My sales person was Sal and he was fantastic from the very beginning. He came on Saturday to give me a quote. I called him to schedule measurements and see samples. Again, he was great. Once we signed the contract, he was sure to tell me delivery was running behind schedule, so things would take longer. Because of that, once my order arrived, he and his team came on a SUNDAY to install my shutters and blinds. I am so happy with JMK Shutters and Sal. Do yourself a favor and call them

Our experience thus far has been exceptional, I we have not even completed out project yet and I feel compelled to come here and provide thoughts on our experience - JMK, and especially Morgan, are incredible! Morgan is so knowledgeable and has also taken so much time to explain both the construction decisions that need to be make and the stylistic choices to consider. 6 years later I've used JMK twice more. I have had shutters installed in 3 houses & each experience has been superior! They even install temporary shades until your shutters arrive. On the day of the installation, they are super professional & are respectful of your home & even clean up afterwards. The quality & craftsmanship of these windows are unbeatable. I also ordered roller shades for my large sliding door & I love how they turned out.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Even with significant delays due to the pandemic/materials shortages, we knew we were in good hands. The initial phone call, the in-person meeting for measurements and quote, and the incredibly friendly customer service along the way were above and beyond. Installation was quick and friendly, and when we encountered an issue (our fault, since we redid our kitchen after we had ordered the shutters and some of our dimensions changed), the team worked with us to find a solution that would work. I just purchased a new home with 10 large windows and I've always liked the look of wood shutters. I shopped around because this is a huge expense but the price, quality and customer service kept bringing me back to JMK Shutters. JMK and their entire team has definitely lived up to their 5 star status! I received a call from Devyn within a few hours of submitted an inquiry, and was told Morgan my sales rep would be reaching out by end of day. Morgan definitely did, and with covid protocols, she gave me the option of a virtual meeting or in person. We set up an appointment for an in-home consultation that same week. We reviewed shutter and roller options, and ended up doing shutters for our entire home! I cannot wait to share photos but everything turned out amazingly. Service was fantastic and product is beautiful!

Rommel treats you like family, is super patient, friendly, and gives solid advice on what will work and won't work for your home in terms of shutter design and colors. My husband and I just bought shutters for our living room and dining area from JMK shutters. The salesman Sal was courteous and prompt to appointmentss and explained very clearly the brand Hunter Douglas quality and lifetime guaranty. The price was resonable for very good quality shutters. Sal himself installed the shutters and was very professiinal and attentive to every detail. The results are stunning. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I had JMK Shutters come out to give an estimate on my entire home. Justin was prompt, courteous, and very informative on the product. He went over various design options with us and was extremely patient through the process, as we had a tough time making our decision. Not your typical "pushy salesman" AT ALL!!
On top of all this, the company is Diamond Certified. This played a large part in having them come out to give me an estimate. I've worked with Diamond Certified companies in the past and know they're held to a higher standard, so I kind of expected more. And they definitely delivered!
