Boca Home Care Services oversees and maintains the credentialing of caregivers coming into your home. Staffing coordinators ensure the patient is matched with the appropriate aide in terms of acuity level and personality. Their long-term care insurance department verifies your policy's terms and benefits and sends paperwork to your insurance company.
Boca Home Care Services has been serving seniors and their families since 1998! We are much more than a staffing company. BHCS has an experienced Care-coordinating staff that has been together for eight years. Our Compliance Department oversees and maintains the credentialing of all caregivers introduced into your home.

She finished my sentences, knew what had happened, albeit, I didnt even tell her the history and gave me advise for today and moving forward. In November 2015 my mother was discharged from Boca Raton Regional Hospital and assigned RN Brenda Farquarn of Boca Home Care Services. This began a 7 year Association with the agency. Millie did an AMAZING Job selecting a team of aides who eventually took care of my mother 24/7. She chose aides that I trusted IMPLICITLY (as I trust Brenda) to my mother's care. Sheila was always a pleasure to deal with.....ensuring that my mother's long term care policy paid its fair share of the overwhelming cost burden.

My Grandpa lives in the The Polo Club and was in need of a home health aide. I found Boca Home Care Services and couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of the aide they referred. My mother lives in Boca Raton and I’m in Chicago. She fell ill and was in West Boca Medical Center. I found Lisa’s company online, and although I was a little skeptical, she walked me through the whole process of an aide and a nursing visit. She handled both for me. The aide that’s with mom now is so kind and compassionate. My mom loves her, and although there’s not much to do now, she does do mom’s errands to the drug store and the groceries. The RN from her sister company is always right on time and has even called me to give me the follow up on the visit. Thats customer service. Paying

Working with the excellent team at Boca Home Care was seamless. Dad went into the hospital and the case manager recommended them based on my specific qualifications. I definitely did not want a big box company where my dad was just a number.
I spoke at length to Michelle and she guided me and told me what therapist would be coming and at what time. One time I called, after hours, and Lisa, the owner picked up to address the upcoming schedule. Go figure, the owner was in.

My Dear Mom was in a very weak state when she came to my home to recover after multiple hip surgeries. Boca Home Care Inc. and their team were really exceptional and professional. At first I was a bit hesitant because getting help for my mom after all is quite personal.
I did call on the weekend and was put through to the most competent rep Adrianne.
She walked me through the process and I was able to set up a Face Time interview for mom and the aide.
Mom "ok'd" the aide after the interview, and Monday @9 am, Samita came and assisted with everything and more that we had asked for.
Needless to say, Samita is now part of the routine, only after one week of service!

My mom and dad were totally falling apart. I found Boca Home Care Services because they have an aide with a neighbor here in Polo Club. Wasn’t sure what if any the insurances would pay for so Natalie came and met us at the house, (I was only here visiting from NY). We didn’t have any home care insurance, but dad was a Vet, so there’s some benefit which allowed for us to pay for part of the home care. Anne sent a wonderful aide, Maria, and has been with my parents for over 6 months now and I can rest assured that mom and dad are safe. Can’t thank them enough. Lindsay
