Have been with O'Connor for many many many years. They are always there for us when we need it. Help with any questions we may have. Was told by contractors before that Erie insurance is usually difficult to get to cover items but have only experienced the complete opposite. They are right on it every time. O'Connor has your back and will always be there for you. Highly recommend them to all.

They know what they are talking about when it comes to your insurance needs.They offer many different carries, so you can get the price and coverage you are looking for. They are friendly and helpful and quick to respond. We've never had to go into their location either, which is nice to be able to get what we need from home, yet they still know who I am when I call. They have been excellent at communicating with us when changes are needed or when we should make adjustments. I have been insured with O'Connor Insurance Associates since 2008. They covered all my needs for my business, home, and my children's vehicles and homes. This company is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and personal. I have never -ever been the least bit disappointed in their handling of any of my needs.
