Dr. Boyd Argo is a native of McMinnville, Tennessee. Following undergraduate school at Tennessee Tech, he moved to Memphis to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Argo graduated with honors in 1974 and immediately joined the faculty at UTHSC, teaching in the Crown & Bridge Department at the Dental School for two and a half years.

Fantastic doctor and office staff. I have recommended people to him because he is caring and concerned and always makes a person feel at ease. He has the patient`s best interest at heart. I have been going to Dr. Argo for years. I wouldn`t want to go to anyone else. If a person has an emergency issue, the staff will work you in same day. I have never been turned down in an emergency.

After seeing the same dentist for decades I made the move to Dr. Argo and am delighted with him and his entire staff. Dr. Argo patiently answers all my questions and has a delightful sense of humor. A dentist with patience and concern for his clients. He takes my bad gag reflex in stride as he tosses a bit of salt down my throat. "it fools your mouth into thinking there's food coming." He's the kind of person that cares for each patient's needs and idiosyncrasies. His staff is great, too. Always a smile and kind words for each of the people coming in.
