Jeffrey Jewelry is now conveniently located just West of Minneapolis in the Golden Hills Office Center in Golden Valley, just north of I394 and the West End shopping area. We have free visitor parking right in front of the building. Our experienced family extends courteous, helpful service and the hands and hearts of our master jewelers.
Jeffrey Jewelry began by offering repairs and custom jewelry work privately for other jewelers around Minneapolis. The experience Jeffrey Jewelry gained in dealing with these merchants and their customers provided knowledge and background in all types of jewelry repair, replacement, and custom designing.

A diamond is one of the largest purchases most people make in life. To purchase wisely, you must know exactly what you are purchasing, and what makes two diamonds that may appear similar, have vastly different appraisal values. Jeffrey has staff skilled at appraisal, and GIA certified to assess a diamonds quality, and communicate the difference to you, the consumer.
I have known Jeffrey Jewelers' owner Jeff, and now his daughter Dana, and their team for more than 25 years. My Grandmother had passed down a watch to me earlier this year. As the face of the watch was very small and hard to read I had a vision to alter the watch into something more modern. Dana truly brought my vision to life. She was able to alter the watch into a necklace that is a show stopper anywhere I go. The space and staff are always so welcoming. Highly recommend!

Jeffrey Jewelry was honestly incredible, not only because of the quality of work, but because of the great service. Since buying an engagement ring is not something you do everyday, it could have felt like going to mechanic when you don't know anything about cars: it's hard to tell when someone is pulling the wool over your eyes. However, Dana at Jeffrey Jewelry was attentive, thorough, and honest. She went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stones and design for the ring. I was looking to have some jewelry repaired and called a few other stores with wait times of 2-4 weeks. I called Jeffrey and they told me it would be 2-4 DAYS so I decided to pop in. Jeffrey looked at the repair and offered to take care of right away. It was a simple repair but he asked some great questions, gave me a few options, quoted the price and the repair looks great. I had my wedding ring resized at Jeffrey Jewelry and am so happy I did! Tom was very helpful in finding my correct size and even chased me down the hall when I left my cell phone on the counter. I was given a week lead time and was beyond smitten when I got a phone call the next day saying it was ready. Ring was beautifully polished and it fits like a glove. The customer service at Jeffrey Jewelry Co was amazing! I had to call ahead of time to book an appointment oh, but I had to get a ring that I originally had to be engraved. It only cost me $10 and took 5 minutes to do. Tom was amazing. He was so sweet and took the time to explain everything for me. He made sure that I like the font and explained the process to me. Not only was it cheap and affordable but also a great place! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for rings, jewelry, or engravings.

I was a total newbie when my husband, and I came into the store looking for a custom wedding ring. I honestly can't recall how I fell upon Jeffrey's, but it was word of mouth. I feel like it might have been a very old family connection. Anyhow, I had a very cheap sentimental ring that they helped me fix the setting on. I am so glad that I found this place! I recently got engaged with a vintage art deco ring purchased from an online retailer. I needed it resized and got some quotes from jewelry stores around the area. My ring is 19k white gold which had many stores scratching their heads. I took an inexpensive (sentimental) ring to Jeffrey Jewelry after I fell down the stairs (yeah... I would fall down the stairs and land directly on my favorite ring) and the prong bent, making it so the stone was shaking around and you could probably take it out. I took my finance's ring to Jeffrey to get appraised. I had the displeasure of going to Shane and Wedding Day and many other chains to find a setting and diamond. Going to Jeffrey was a breath of fresh air. The appraisal was informative and very accurate. I wish I had gone here to look for her ring since they truly care about their customers. I still ended up with a great diamond and a ring (Jeffrey approved of both), but this store prides itself on high quality products and outstanding service. I don't know that words could truly express how phenomenal this place is. I'm a firm believer in supporting local family businesses, and when I come across one that does it right like this, I want to direct everyone I know there so they can have the same experience.

Very honest about price, quality, workmanship, etc. She will sit down with you and go through every option for your jewelry. Her custom work is a lot less expensive than "big name" designers - but the quality is there.
